Went in for an oil change/included tire rotation. Appointment was scheduled for 10am. Vehicle got in for 10:40am after saying if it wasnt done by 11am, I would need to cancel and go somewhere else. Manager did the oil change. Took my car out of the bay. Forgot to do tire rotation. I had to remind him to do it. Vehicle was brought back in. The tires were rotated same side front to back, not diagonal from driver to passenger side. After my tire rotation he explained the tires were choppy on the inside and that there would be a shake. I took the car back because there was more of a shake than expected. I had asked if he could rotate the tires diangonally. And then the manager explained in a condescending manner that I should have known the tires were junk and will need to be replaced, when he said they were choppy on the inside. Reviewed the inside of my tires from another shop and was told they felt wear on the inside. But no unleveled wear. Lug nuts werent tight after driving 35 miles. Ill never go back.

I recently visited Monro Muffler Brake & Service for brakes. The bill was 300 dollars for brakes and rotors, and they ended up bending both the steel rims beyond repair, breaking at least one steel belt in a tire doing nearly 400 dollars in damage to the vehicle. Then realizing they had done the damage to the tires, they attempted to sell me two new tires, which had less than 7K miles on them, and refused to fix any of the damage. On top of that, another tech, who inspected the car several days earlier (the reason for me going to get the brakes) told me that he was appalled they even let me leave there with the rims and tires damaged the way they were, since it was a severe blowout hazard. So when youre in the market to have some extra damage done to your vehicle, free of charge, you know where to look.

First I must thank John Santos for his excellent customer service. I was at his shop on May 31st. I am an out of state customer and was treated like a regular and with respect. I did feel that he would get quality work done and if I need work on my car again I will call John. He pointed out what was wrong which I knew. But he showed the severity of my brakes and axel. John and his associates are the best. Since I was there a while, I monitored his interactions with other customers and co-workers, all I can say is that it was all positive. He was always professional. Again thanks John and I will recommend you to anybody that needs assistance.

Worst experience I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Took my car less than a year ago to fix rocker panels completely. now trying to inspect car and was told it was pieced and wont pass inspection. Called main office and the response I got is we are not a body shop. Well shouldnt have touch it if they where not a body shop. Car sat for 3 days before they touched it, lost days pay and now they tell me not thier problem. Charged me full price and now have to pay over for the same work I already paid for. Crooks

i had a very good machnic at Monro that was honest and fair he had ben at that location for 4-5 years felt good going in to get my car fixed then one day i came in for an oil change asked for eric and the manager greg shannon was very rude and said he dose not work hear any more and then asked why he said very rudley that is none of your business so i then felt that i was not welcome thare so i left mabe i will find him again soon your manager should treat people better

i do notice something about greg there manager,he quotes high gets your credit approval for his quote and his list of repairs i bought the parts took it to a mechanic he said half wasnt needed its just convience to go all new i bought 412 in parts from autozone and returned 241.00 in parts that were not needed , its ok though auto serv did tha same thing to me on a differ job so i guess its normal the honest good ole mechanic is a thing of the past

They are so good to me here, I have gotten both my flat tires within .2 miles of the place and each time they have treated me with so much care. I will always go back here for my needs in the Franklin area.

Personally I think theyre pretty expensive but thats only partly why I gave it 2 stars the second reason is that there was a dead mouse in the bathroom when my girlfriend went in.... gross

Have brought daughters Pontiact sunfire there for inspections, tires oil changes etc. Always been pleased with courtesy of service and they do what they say for the price they quote.
