First off i would like to say i agree with a lot of people on here as this place being a total rip off, but what other Jeep dealer can you go to in good ole Newport VT area. Had a security issue with my Jeep and would not turn over or even attempt to. Brought to Rays Auto and they suggested it had to be fixed by a dealer so here we go. Brought to good ole North Point and got great news, "needs a new PCM installed". OK lets do it. After Ive just spent $3500 at Bernies to find out an air intake issue costs me $3500 I have to spend another $940 on a PCM. New PCM was installed and no sooner i leave North Point in Derby i get a nice man to stop me and tell me i have no brake lights. Also dash gauges didnt work and over drive (OD) light on dash comes on and goes off each time i step onto the brake pedal. I return to have it looked at the next morning. Doug states he has a PCM from a totaled Jeep from outback at his house and will bring it in to try it out in mine to see if the issues were fixed. Return the next day to have used PCM installed and seemed to fix all but brake lights working. Was told that they would order a new PCM from a different supplier and call me when it came in. A month goes by and no word from anyone, I call back to ask whats going on because im not paying $940 for a PCM the mechanic felt he needed to stick into his closet at home and sell me for the price of a new one and this is the reply I get. We will call and check on the delivery of the PCM for you and give you a call back. I received a call back a few hours later and was told it would be shipped that day. Seems to me i was played for a SUCKER by this company seems they tried to sell me a USED PCM and never was going to order my new one. So 2 days later i was thrown in jail because of my brake lights not working and an unruly man trying to say i tried to run him over as i was backing up, this because my brake lights were not working as they always always always have in the past. I spent 2 months in there until i came up with $70,000 bail to get out and now just as of yesterday i had to bite the bullet finally after 8 months of dealing with crappy service and now come to find out the guy that was the service manager and knew everything about what had happened is no longer employed there. I talked to this new Pat guy and he was very rude to the point he told me that i was going to get my PCM installed and that was it or i was going to just take my PCM to someone else and have them install it if I thought they were going to trouble shoot any issues i had before he had been hired. He did hang up on me. Now if that isnt rude i dont know what is. So i called and spoke to the General manager of the store and did all my dealings with him which im sure he knows nothing of mechanics at all. Either way i had to bite the bullet and either go without a PCM installed that i had already paid for and go get my PCM and bring it elsewhere or i had to let these guys install it and let them tell me that my brake lights not working isnt their fault. Of course a new service manager wouldnt know this anyway but whos to say a customer who already paid $940 is going to be right? The company i work for has a leased Dodge pickup from these guys that is definitely going back in Nov and my boss just purchased a new 2017 Jeep from here. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to be bent over backwards and stiffed without lube. If i could i would rate this company a 0 star for good service and a 5 star for ripping people off. I plan to right a review anywhere i possibly can because now that sales people, service people and managers change so often i need to fork out another chunk of money to fix my wonderful problem that North point caused because of hack work and shady business men working there that are afraid to be honest and take blame for anything done wrong. Maybe they will be like the hundreds of others that have worked there in the past years and have to find a different job if they admitted they messed something up. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE

I recently leased a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. My salesman Brian was very helpful. The truck is great. My only negative piece of feedback is that the advertisement I brought in to use for this lease quoted terms of 2 years 24,000. miles. This was important to me. After reviewing lease paperwork when i got home the terms were listed as 2 years 20,000 miles! I called the financial representative on the next available business day at which time he informed me that there was a typo in the advertisement.. Perhaps this is an honest mistake but definitely worth noting as these flyers/advertisements were mailed to the public throughout the area and possibly throughout the state. 4,000 miles may not t seem like a whole lot until you as a consumer are paying 20 cents per mile for each mile that you drive over the allotted number of miles in the lease agreement. North Point are Crooks::: I went there for an oil change and was told that my front brakes & rotors needed to be replaced within the month before 1000 miles more were put on my truck or I could be in danger. and they gave me a quote of $387.00 I took my truck somewhere else to have this checked and there was nothing wrong with them except a small groove in them. If your paying for repairs before you do Please get second opinion. If they are doing warranty work and its not coming out of your pocket let them do the work and nothing else. Not a good way to run a business.. Charlie Gallant I replied to you over a week ago and I have not heard back from you, I guess this is how concerned you really are about customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in this company.

My sales person is Chris Royer. Actually, the sale took place over the phone, and I didnt have a chance to meet Chris until it was time to pick up the car. He was very accommodating both on the phone and in person, and following taking possession of the car, I returned a couple of times (three?) for advice on how to better understand my new vehicle. He was patient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Moving on to my experience with your finance department, I worked with Bobbi Jo, who also was patient, friendly courteous and well informed. Both Chris and Bobbi Jo made the experience quite painless. I had not bought a vehicle for 14 years, so their guidance through the process was much appreciated.

Several months ago took car in for oil change and free car wash. After 2 hours when I got it back wasnt even washed. Left anyway. Last week went to get an inspection sticker for vehicle they were little rude because I gave them the wrong insurance card. They failed me for a small rock peck that was repaired years ago. Service tech was proud of the fact that people bring in vehicles in that they would have failed. I asked to speak to the service manager but of course he was in a meeting. If your vehicle aint in PERFECT condition dont take it there. Two days later went to another inspection and it passed with no problems.
