Bought shocks online and picked up in store. Brought rear ones back because didnt need them, I had forgot the receipt at home when I left(werent lying I still got it), was told that they didnt have it in their system and I needed the receipt. So after driving an extra half hour out of my normal commute, and taking into account going home and coming back meant a 2 hour round trip extra, no thanks. Will return in another Advance and shop at Bonds or Napa in the future.

In between this store and Bond Auto for parts, service is good at Advance and Bond, but prices are sometimes better at Advance, depending on the part, or deals going on.
