One of my tires went flat and started coming off of the rim when I was taking my daughter to school one morning. I didnt have the equipment necessary to put on the "donut tire", so I called Village Repair. They sent someone out to help and very quickly helped me get on my way. I drove over to their station and asked if they could replace my flat tire (thinking I would need an appointment and that they would need to order one for me) and they fit me in and got me all fixed up later that afternoon. What started out as a rough day ended up working out for the best, thanks to Village Repair! While they were working on my car, I was able to personally observe the efficiency and personal vibe of their shop. They knew almost everyone by name and treated them like family. With this experience, Village Repair earned my trust and my willingness to recommend them to a friend. Thanks Ted and team! You guys rock!

I got my car back in worse condition than I brought it in. They kept it for over 4 days, when all I was looking for was an estimate. I already knew what was wrong with the car, I told them where and what the problem was. I brought it in with tail-lights not working, when I got it back The spedometer odometer and radio werent working either. They wanted to charge me almost $300! and they didnt even give me an estimate! They also refused to give me my spare key back! Consumer BEWARE!!

We have taken every one of our cars to Ted and Village Repair since he opened for business on Main St. Thirty years ago? Whatever needs fixing gets fixed right the first time. We have never had to take a vehicle back for a second look. Ted is cheerful, friendly and seems to know just about everything there is to know about any make and model. I am not from Central MA but I had car trouble and stopped by Village Repair when my car was hesitating. Village squeezed me in and found a fuel filter issue. They fixed my car quickly and I was back on the road to Maine. It is hard to find a reliable, fair car repair place these days. Even though I was a stranger to the area, they treated me like a loyal customer. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

This is a great shop. Very knowledgable and thourough. Definitely not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Their integrity and honesty is first rate. If you have a budget let them know up front and they will communicate with you to prevent surprises. They can be busy so discuss the expectaions when you drop the car off.
