Terrible....spent 400+ on new rotors and pads...after only 2 K miles...brakes started grinding....service manager falted failure as rust on rotors caused by car sitting....and was lame enough to suggest rust because I live next to lake.....after I was showing my displeasure (verbally) he threaten to call police....whole riff started when he said my back rotors that he put on was not warranty because I supplied them....they were brand new rotors I purchased because while on vacation the meinke I went to did not have rear rotors....of course I went to meinke in my home town thinking they would stand by their work ...turns out each meienke is independent and does not back other franchises service...anyway...they r chancgeing only front rotors and pads ...of course service manager made it sound like he was doing me a favor....never again and would recommend...stay away from mieneke...real bad experience...

Excellent service!!! I talked with Bill and he was great(the way customer service should be). Just like another reviewer said he was friendly and honest,The 2 reviews that I had seen were 50/50 so I took a chance and Im glad I did. I guess you cant please everyone! I will be bringing my car there again for sure.

Called at 9:30 am and made an appointment for 4:30 pm. I was running late and showed up at 4:37 pm. Their response? "Yeah, he said he talked to somebody this morning. Whatever; we dont take business after 4:30 pm." Basically, they treated me like dirt.

Best service Ive ever had hands down. Bill is helpful, friendly, but most of all honest. The other guys there fit that bill too. Im used to the dealerships and these guys take some of the stress of car ownership off your shoulders.
