Asked them to check my power steering and a sound potentially caused by an old serpentine belt. Well, they replaced the belt after seeing nicks on it but they didnt check the power steering. Issue came back and I brought my car to a different shop and was explained that the power steering fluid had been leaking and also damaging the (new) belt. Some months later, another issue came up and I learned that Meineke installed my calipers/brakes backwards. Never going back to Meineke ever again.

My car had suddenly developed an incredibly loud muffler and needed to be fixed immediately. My regular shop couldnt fit me in so I called around and Meineke was able to do a same day appointment. They repaired my car in an hour, for a reasonable price, and the mechanic wasnt condescending when he explained the issue to me.

Rude service, had to haggle over final price when bill was over the estimate, and not completely honest regarding repairs that needed to be made. Definitely one to avoid.
