I went last year to have the heating for my car fixed. While it was being serviced, the older man, who I believe was "The" Moran, told me unsolicited and inaporopriate sexist stories, preached about how much millenials suck, and overshared his conservative political affiliations. Afterward, he didnt even fix the problem I had with my car, and charged me for it anyway. Very little professionalism. I was uncomfortable the entire time. And I will never go back, and urge you to avoid the place.

17 years ago when I moved to Worcester, one of the people I worked with recommended them as a repair shop. I have no idea how many times they have fixed multiple different cars for me and my family. I remember that once or twice something was not right. They repaired the problem right away.

I had a good feeling coming here, didnt seem to have any hard sells and long time customers who knew the owners for years apparently. Got an alignment done for new winter tires and am happy my mechanic recommend them. I definitely will come back for wheel/suspension work.

Called when my car wouldnt start. Even though they were closing they let me drop off my car that night. They looked at it first thing next morning, took care of the problem, and even gave me a few more good suggestions on what I should do with the car.

Went there to get a new clutch installed. Pricing was fair, but thats because six months later, the car stopped working because they didnt install a new throw out bearing. They used the old one. Will never go back or recommend.

Called in for a quote and told them thanks and Ill look around and get back to them if they were the best priced quote and the guy hung up on me before I even finished talking. Extremely rude and wouldnt recommend them.

Went to get an alignment and the vehicle stilled pulled to one side but they refused to check it. The owner said that his truck is the same way and there is nothing to be done.
