AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I could not have had a worse experience at Small Car Clinic. I brought my car in for an oil change and to see why the check engine light was on and was told that I needed to replace the fuel neck filter. Mind you, I was having no issues with the car, besides the light being on. Anyway, $350 later I drove my car away thinking that at least I had no more issues to worry about for a while. To my dismay, the first time I attempted to fill the gas tank, the pump would only allow about a quarter gallon in at a time before shutting off and air bubbling out of the gas tank. I tried multiple pumps at multiple stations and none would pump gas continuously into my tank. Of course I took the car back to the shop, only to be told the soonest they could check what was wrong was four days later. Four days later I bring the car in, wait all day and never receive a call. I finally call them in the late afternoon only to be told that they could not find anything wrong, and that the problem was not caused by them (even though its a problem with the fuel neck filter, and they just replaced the fuel neck filter). And of course to top it all off, when I went to pick the car up again they informed me I was being charged an additional $45!!! (for the labor of them not fixing a problem that they caused!!). So now, $400 later, my car is in arguably worse condition than it went in.

We are sorry you were not happy with our repair service. You brought us your high mileage old rusty Nissan that you had advertised to sell. It had a check engine light due to multiple emission diagnostic codes. Many times in order to fix them all we need to address one issue first, drive the car for approx 100 miles allowing the computer to reset, then address the next. Your fuel filler pipe was perforated with rust, it was venting to the atmosphere. Once that was repaired we needed to address the next issue. The problem was you waited til the last minute to address any issues. You are not the only person in the world. Should we "bump" our other regular customers to the back of the priority list when you demand we service your car immediately? I dont think so. We all know everyone has one, please dont show yours around here again.
