This is an interesting Shoprite. Once you enter, youre doubtful that youll ever find the front of the store again. The way inside puts you winding through a section that cant quite make up its mind what to be. Is it produce, bakery? I couldnt tell. But, I had to circumnavigate it to reach the rest of the store. I generally love Shoprite, but this was one confused store. Plan some time if youre going, itll take a while.

Very good prices and selection. Smelled a little weird but good. The lines are slow but o be expected I suppose when theres 3 registers open. They do have self check out but when there someone there who doesnt know what they are dong it tends to go slow. I went there once and the lines were backed up. There were at least 3 workers who werent helping out. I dont know the story but thats what I saw.

The quality of their food is not up to health standards. I went to buy a piece of cheese, and it had expired 21 days ago. I looked at all the other cheeses in that section and they had all expired. I bought a few things including a bottle of fresh-squeezed juice, and when I got in the car realized thatit too had expired yesterday.

I love this store as they have all the items I need. Every baked good items are fresh. Their deli dept. Is always well stocked and such a wide assortment of fresh fish. Their employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. And their shop at home cant be beat. You wont be disappointed shopping here in Absecon.

Shop rite is the best grocery store in south Jersey. The store is usually stocked with every thing youre looking for. Sometimes very busy but thats because its not a secret. Only problem is sometimes checkout lines are long. Thats the only bad thing i can say. The absecon shop rite is my favorite.

This ShopRite has an online shopping service that is great. My handicapped wife does the shopping from home and they deliver it to the house for a small fee. It is a great help for the disabled. They also have online shopping for pick-up. A great service.

Absecon have more ethnic foods but have limited quantities. They need to have more lines open especially at the beginning of the month. I normally shop online and have my grocery delivered or picked up. But they need to have more slots available.

I shop here late at night. It is always quiet, clean, and they usually have excellent manager specials in the produce section 50-75% off. There are only a couple of late night cashiers who are VERY friendly, happy, conversational and helpful!

A bit confusing of a store, instead of conventional front to rear aisles this location and its products seem to be all over the place. Without asking an employee for help it can be a little hard to navigate and find what you want.

Awful. The produce is always rotten, and I mean ALWAYS. I travel out of my way to the Galloway Shop Rite just so that I can get bananas and apples that arent mushy and severely bruised. The worst grocery store around.

Stopped for a few quick items. Store seemed messy and not a lot of people working to clean the mess and stock shelves. Products all over in buggies and on floor. Sales are good just like any other Shoprite though.
