I am personal friends with Russ , he helps me out if he can , also a very nice family .... He knows me for a very long time & about my SO CALLED problem(s) I deal with ; thats between him and I ... If I was his biological 4th , enough said ... I owe the Introcaso family my current as well as my afterlife beyond infinity .... Lastly I would like to give a special thanks to the Introcaso family for everything theyve done for me .... I wouldnt go to any other place.

I came to Introcaso almost 30 years ago, when 2 other cleaners were unable to get my favorite sweater cleaned to my satisfaction. Introcaso returned the sweater to a "new" condition and has had my business since. I now live 25 miles south of Avenel and I travel up to the area to frequent this business. Kudos to Russ and the rest of the staff.

Rip off!!! will give you a receipt for dry cleaning but will launder your shirts. When I confronted him and asked why did you launder and not dry clean, he called cops on me... Take your business elsewhere.
