Been going here for six years. Very nice people, speedy and they do a good job, especially on hemming/patching/tailoring. Have had maybe two or three incidents of things being messed up (stain not properly removed, hem falling out immediately after I brought it home) and they have taken the item back without question and redone the work for no charge. I do a LOT of dry cleaning - everything from silk blouses to down comforters - so I think a handful of immediately corrected mistakes in six years is a pretty damn good record. Also the few times Ive needed something back next day they have done it, no problem. Im super picky about services and they have never once let me down. I dont go anywhere else.

Not Open Posted Hours! Have used this place before to usual good effect - did get wrong garment back once before - multiple instances of not having garments done at stated time - but usually decent service and just down the block from my place so keep going back due to convenience. Dropped off 2 suits, 2 dress shirts, 2 ties for cleaning - ticket said to return in late afternoon - showed up well before online posted hours of operation and the place was closed. Called multiple times - no answer. Did not receive any notification of closing early. Never doing business with them again - this was the last straw.

Lost the one short that I needed for a wedding. They only offered half off my other shirts. When I pay this much, I expect much much better.
