A lot of people seem to like this place, and Im sure they do good work most of the time.... My first time going there, I brought them couch cushion covers that went the a flood. When I got them back I left them in the [warm] car for a few days while I purchased replacement cushions. Turns out the covers were still wet when the bagged them, so now they smell like mildew. They also lost one of the zippers. In all fairness, I should take the covers back and ask to have them cleaned at no charge, but they are old and I dont want to risk any unnecessary wear. Overall not a good experience.

If you want a local dry clean that will do consistently excellent work and no your name Flair is the place. Drop off in the morning pickup at night. Not the cheapest place in town but the speed and quality of work as well as the personal service cant be beat. You truly feel like a VIP when you drop off here.
