They do quality work and are very dependable. I have been a customer for many years and am always thankful for the service I receive there. I cant tell you how many times the car dealership told me my SUV needed additional work, or my sons car needed work and then when I went over to Rich at RDN he told me it was not necessary at the time. Or the times when we have needed road service or a ride home and Rich, Elana, and Kevin were there to help us out.

I would definitely recommend RDN Auto to anyone who wants to receive great service on their automobile. They were accurate with their diagnosis and timely on the repair. The customer service I received was very professional and informational as well. They took their time in speaking with me and answered all of my questions patiently and willingly. The service I recently received was 5 star as usual. The shimmy that was addressed doesnt seem to be there, but MAY still be, I just havent taken notice. Ill keep you posted on that after this coming week. You are the best there is and I highly recommend your service. Honest and fair prices. A sweetheart of a wife that runs the office.
