If I was able to give a zero I would. I had my car towed there to be repaired. I was given a call when my vehicle was going to be ready. When I went to get my car is where things went downhill. Body panels were not lined up from where the vehicle got hit. Sub par parts were used. I mentioned them to the shop and they were quick to "fix" it. Well yesterday I go to pick the vehicle back up and nothing was done. The new headlamp leds are very noticeably brighter then the other side. Body panels are still not lined up. And theres little scratches all over the brand new hood and fender. The bumper was not repaired properly and was just painted over instead of being repairEd or fixed. This has to be the worst body shop ever.

After an accident is stressful. But Brookside Collision made the whole experience that much better. They were courteous, thorough, quick, and kept us in the loop on the repairs completed. When I picked up my car it was quick and completely spotless. I loved getting in my detailed clean fresh smelling repaired car. I highly recommend this body shop!!!
