Great work honest about everything that needed to be done had a great guarantee on everything from accident, they fixed right away when parts arrived. they are very honest and reliable . They deal with your insurance for you .They dont mess with your insurance company they are honest with them ,as other do the owner is usually on hand as well as the other family members who run the business, so you know there is family pride in how it runs and how customers are treated whenever you walk in the door theres always greeting with a smile and a how can we help you today. Now as a woman I felt very comfortable with their assessment of any work I needed done and they say there done when they say the work will be done, not a couple more days here or a couple more days there . So very honest, just like Old-Time Auto (OTA in Lacey ) . The Berkley Auto Body /Family is a company I can depend on, as I have found. I do not readily write these but I feel that this is a company that I can definitely write a recommendation on and they will stand true for anybody ,anyone time they understood that I needed my car for work and they had Betsy back to me in a repaired and timely be yet efficient manner.Five stars - are not enough as you will find. By the way I would avoids the others in Berkeley... lets just leave it at that . Family friendly , honest, reliable, clean work with your time in mind.

A horrible experience all around. I go in for a simple tire change and agree to an amount for the price. When I go to pick up my car they proceed to charge me an extra $200 in fees for things that did not need to have repaired. I did not ask for the repairs and I wouldnt have paid $200 should have I needed them. They then proceed to lie and say they called me to "accept" the new charges, but I was only told when I came to pick up my car. There are hundreds of car repair places, go do your business at any of them that isnt here.

Honest, professional, and courteous. New Jersey has a bad rep for mechanics and autobody workers due to dishonesty. When you drop your car off to Berkley Auto Body your vehicle is in good hands and most importantly you will not have to worry about being screwed over or lied to. As a 2016 Corvette Stingray owner you know I am super selective about who I choose to take care of work that needs to be done. I recommend 100%.

Ron the Owner is a very honest person. He gave me an honest estimate of the cost of the repair and did not cut any corners. Very thorough. The work he did on my vintage bus was spectacular. I will absolutely recommend his service.
