I dont write reviews and this may be my first but the experience was so great I had to contribute. First, I was told my car would be finished in 4 days for some front end damage which included needing a new grill and hood. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready Thursday, ahead of schedule. Not that it mattered much to me since I was going through insurance but their estimate was spot on, I believe they actually finished under budget. Collex also called to set up my rental car and when dropping it off called to make sure the rental company didnt close before I got there as I was running up against their closing time. A small task sure.. But it exemplified their interest in helping every step of the way. When I did get my car back, I was surprised to see it had been cleaned! they even took the time to get the dog hair out of the back seats, which is no easy task! Most importantly, their repair work was perfect, my car looks like new!

This is a 6 star operation!!!! I was greeted by the owner, Gary, who promptly provided an itemized estimate for repair (15 minutes), the Lincroft office and shop are meticulously clean, the receptionist expedited paperwork and even called a rental car that was waiting!, she also followed up by calling me every two days about the progress of the repair. My car was returned to me on time, with all work done as promised (they even lightly buffed the whole car, something I didnt expect!). Havent had a car acident in over 25 years, but this place was incomparable to other dingy and poorly organized shops that I looked at. Collex must have undergone 6 Sigma training. Hooray and they are THE BEST! They may be a little more pricey, but those who place value on service, experience, excellence, and quality are in for some great treatment. Erase any doubts you may have...these five star reviews are all legit! These folks epitomize the phrase customer service - I was greeted and treated with exceptional friendliness every step of the way, whether on the phone or in person. If only all public businesses offered such a sincere, caring, personal touch. In fact, on the day of getting the estimate, they made a minor 10 min repair on my car so that i could drive it safely back home...they were more concerned about my safety than I was! And as for the estimate, they completed the job 10% less than the estimate, which resulted in money in my pocket. The car was even ready for pickup a half day sooner than promised, and the work was flawless. So, after all is said and done...why would i possibly go to any other body shop in the future? I wouldnt, and neither should you!

Collex help me through the entire process of getting my car fixed. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the process. The staff was always friendly and they are conveniently located near a car rental company so I could easily drop my car off and pick one up. Gary and Ivan rocked! They answered all of my questions and assured me that my car would look good as new and it does. :) Jennifer was also great. She called me all the time to keep me up to date on the schedule of completion. Overall, they made my miserable experience of someone hitting my car a bearable one. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Hopefully, I wont need them in the future, but if I do, I know where to go.

My insurance company 21st Century advised me to use Collex to repair my Audi A6. I never used Collex before and always used my local Body shop. Well, I must say, their work is the best I have seen.. bar none. They took care of my car rental and provided great customer service and kept me informed of each stage of the body work. When I picked up my Audi it was perfect. They explained not to use wax on the car for the next 30 days to prevent any issues with the paint. I was not aware of this but it I now understand why. It is very rare these days to find a business like this that really cares for their customers and also does quality work. You have a winner here..Thanks

After our Lexus was damaged in a car accident I wanted to make sure we found the best place possible to get it repaired. The insurance company gave us a list of places, and I Googled each one to read the reviews. Collex was the only one with 5 stars, so I decided to go with them. I had high expectations, but they definitely lived up to their 5 star rating. They were friendly, professional, and the whole process couldnt have been easier. They called me and kept me updated every step of the way, and the car looks as perfect as it did before the accident. I would definitely recommend using Collex!

My family and Ive used COLLEX 7 or 8 times in the last 25 years or so and have never been disappointed. The quality, their attention to details and their committment to their customers is outstanding. They work with the insurance companies (whether its your insurance co. or the other partys), they arrange for replacement vehicles, return your car on time and its cleaned inside and out before you get in it. Their estimates are dead-on anccurate and competitive - if they were more expensive, I would still use Collex (but Im glad theyre not). Dave Ritter

They were wonderful!! With in minutes of me calling they had all the information they needed to go pick up my car. A few hours later they had called me back saying they had my car and gave me an estimated time as to when it would be done. They were on time and very nice. I could not get a ride to get my car when it was done so they even picked me up so I could have my car that day and not have to wait till the next day to get it. Nothing but wonderful things to say about them and if I ever need to have my car fixed again I would use them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Just picked up my car and I cant wait to rate and write a comment about it. Very satisfied with the total experience and excellent quality of work and Im not exaggerating. They took good care of everything for me and handed in my car on-time as they promised. Al helped me with the repair work and he is so awesome. Every thing went so fast and smooth. The staffs in the office are all informational, friendly and super nice. They have kept me informed of the whole process and I really appreciate that.

Ive used a few local auto body shops over the years. The service I received from start to finish at Collex was unmatched. The initial time frame for repair was three days. I was paying for a rental car during this period. They had it completed in two which saved me money. The repair work was perfect. To top it off they cleaned the car so that it looked like it was showroom ready. Each staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will be using them for any future repairs and highly recommend them.
