Had a great experience with Compact Auto Body in Middletown. Their customer service is exceptional! Gary, Lenka, and the whole team went above and beyond their call of duty. I got into an accident a few weeks ago and I never had to worry about the progress they were making on my car. They always kept me in the loop. They even helped me fight with my insurance company (which automatically gives them 5 stars in my book). I finally went to pick up my car yesterday and it looks amazing! It honestly looks the way it did the day that I bought the car new three years ago. I would definitely use Compact Auto again (although hopefully wont have to!) and would recommend them to anyone.

I had some dings and paint damage on my new car after getting hit with rocks on the highway, and they did a beautiful job restoring it to its original condition. They provided a reasonable quote beforehand that they stuck to upon completion, which was a relief since I did not want to bother with insurance. They guarantee their work, and have an option for text message updates so you can see how far along your repairs are as they are being completed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic, friendly, and fair service. Having just had a car accident, arrived with much anxiety and fear about impending cost and quality of service, but was treated with much professional care. They provided great, helpful advice about managing claim with insurance company, were very polite, respectful, and patient, and delivered all their promises of high quality work and good communication. Would highly recommend this shop with its top notch customer service and meticulous workmanship.

As someone who doesnt know cars very well it was nice to meet Gary who explained everything to me and gave me fair and accurate pricing throughout the process. The staff from Jason and Gary to Lenka and Keith were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The finished product from the repairs to the paint job is excellent. Great job guys.

Excellent crew, did an amazing job on my 2012 Lexus 400h, left drivers door panel, fast, perfect and most friendly and trustworthy, highly recommended. I had a deep scratch in my front plastic bumper. Compact was the cheapest out of the 4 quotes I received. They did great work no overspray on the rest of my car and didnt charge me any extra fees or hidden. What they quoted is what I paid.

I had a damaged corner of my car. They were able to buff and touch up the paint, quickly and like magic. The staff are friendly, helpful and MOST IMPORTANTLY knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

My Car seat belt got stuck in passenger seat, Pep boys didnt even touch it.Compact auto fixed it in a min as a courtesy. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended for everyone.

Be very cautious !! They are not what they seem. They tell you what you want to hear but never do what they say. They have NO credibility what so ever, and the work is average at best.
