Summary: 5 star service, delivering an exceptional product and experience I needed to take my wife’s BMW in after a minor fender bender, which resulted in needing a replacement rear bumper. I would say I am extremely particular and more detail oriented than the average consumer. Quality of work is my top priority. Having said that, I was dreading trying to find a facility to perform the needed repairs. Previously, I have experienced less than satisfactory work completed by several other local shops on another (brand new) vehicle, which left my perception of the industry extremely bitter. I truly felt that no one local would be up to snuff and meet my expectations. Also worth noting that I perform all services on all our vehicles myself, as I admit that I have a hard time trusting others with my vehicles. I can happily report that my search has ended! Rich, Gary, and all the guys (and girls) at County Line have earned my trust. From the moment you arrive, until the day you receive your vehicle back, County Line made me feel like they were looking after the vehicle as if it were their own. They say the devil is in the details, and County Line really has nailed it. From the quoting process, to the rental car procurement (on site I might add), to the text message updates they send to keep you up to date on the status of your repair. Everything they did checked my boxes and made me feel they were truly a 5 star establishment. They not only met my expectations, but they far exceeded them. I don’t utilize social media outlets or post reviews in any typical capacity. I am taking this opportunity to truly go out and say that I 100% recommend them if you require their services. Thank you all once again!

Started back in the day when Richs family knew my dad. My dad was going there back in the day, probably 90s. My dad would get his cars fixed there when he had his sports cars. Then came the day I first got into cars and got my Acura TL. I bought a rear lip kit for my TL which i brought to Rich who my dad told me to go see and the paint job was amazing. Used flex paint, the paint lasted, and matched perfect!!! i had got my other pieces painted at another so called "reputable" body shop before going to CLAB and the paint was not on par to the paint work CLAB did! CLAB also helped install my new side skirts for my Infiniti G coupe show car which i ripped off due to being too low and too close to a curb. they made the new skirts line up to the body perfect and could never tell i hit anything. My multi winning show car can be seen with CLAB business cards on it at shows not because im friends with Rich but because I know they are the best body shop around. At CLAB they make you feel at home and explain the whole process of what they do. The diff. areas for each process of strip down, putting together, mechanical, detailing, etc shows how they well organized and run a great business the right way. The place is super clean, you can eat off the floors! You can feel comfortable leaving your car with them. iv been lucky enough to never have gotten into a accident but if it did my car is being towed or driven straight to CLAB. i recommend my friends who know how much of a car nut i am and only get the best to CLAB. You can feel comfortable leaving your cars with them knowing the quality of work youll get back.

I recently took my car to County Line Auto Body for repairs upon referral from my insurance company . I am highly satisfied with all aspects of my experience with this firm. Let me be specific: 1. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and provided ipads for internet access to customers ; 2. The gentleman with whom I met (Rich Gardella) to discuss the damage to my car and the repair estimate was courteous , respectful, and knowledgeable. . Moreover, he was very clear about exactly how the repairs would be done, and the parts that would be used. When there were choices, he asked for my input to put together a cost effective solution. 3. The car was ready on the committed date, the repairs look great, and the price was exactly what we had agreed upon. Two other things really stood out in my mind: 1. This firm has a well defined repair process with different groups of workers performing different functions at the various "stations" insider the complex; and 2. The owners articulated to me a very concise mission statement: The wanted to provide the best experience possible for their customers. If a customer was concerned about the work that had been performed, they would take back the keys and fix the problem. If I need auto body repairs in the future, I will certainly return to County Line Auto Body. Based on my experience, I recommend this firm to others as well

Ok, this is a long but thorough review. In June 2015 my new Explorer was parked in front of my home and hit by a 17 yr old texter. Over $17k in damage later, my car was literally good as new. No matter how hard I tried to convince myself the truck would never be the same, I was wrong. County Line picked my truck up from my house in north Jersey to avoid me having to deal with it. In October 2016, a drunk driver T-boned me. Once again, we trusted County Line to get my truck back to normal and safe for me and my family. Picked up personally from my home. County Line did it again. Needless to say, we traded in the Explorer for a vehicle with better luck. No such luck to be had. My brand new Edge was involved in an accident after a car drove into my lane. I hit a pole to avoid a head on collision. County Line personally picked up my truck and Rich Gardella himself drove it back to my home to ensure I was satisfied with every detail. Not only are we beyond satisfied with the quality of their work each and every time but we were always kept in the loop regarding the progress of the repairs and communication with the insurance company. The facility is amazing and pristine for an auto body repair shop. I would never think to go anywhere else or trust anyone else. Stand-up owners and staff with customer service being their number one goal. Very satisfied, repeat customer here.

My experience with this place was nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful. I needed my headlights restored and I went to several places who would not be flexible with the drop off time and required a whole days time while at CL Auto I was asked well what time is good for you. Additionally their pricing was very fair and reasonable and the whole thing took about 40 min! This is besides the fact that their work was amazing! They even washed my car for free!! Personally Im sold on this place and if you need any kind of body work and want to be treated as a customer should be, I strongly suggest you come here. UPDATE: I just went in to the place again to change out the socket for my phone charger I went to auto zone to buy the part and was assured it was and brought it to CL to have it changed. Turns out after they got the piece out ( they had to remove the center consul) it was the wrong part! The guy looked at me and said "ya know, this usually cost approx $30.00 for the labor but being that it was not your mess up its on us". I was extremely grateful for that as well as their courteous and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this place again for its true craftsmanship and creating a friendly environment for its customers. Thank you again.
