I took my car in to have it repaired and painted. They gave me a good speech and said they were expert. A week late on the job and when I went to pick it up I could not believe what a bad job they had done. The fender was higher on one side then the other not even a close match not to mention the poor paint job with orange peel everywhere the painted. When I told the owner Tony I was not too happy with the job. He told me I was just nit picking. I should have checked with BBB before I took my car there. They had so many complaints that others have filed I wonder how they stay in business. Don’t make the same mistake as I. Check first BBB and then find someone else or you too will be as sorry as I. I promise you that the only thing worse than their craftsmanship is their customer service. They were rude, arrogant and spoke to me as if they were too good for my business. I only wish that I had read these reviews before I spent my time and money on T&J Auto Body.

I had a very pleasant experience with T&J Auto Body. I brought in my damaged car after going to three different auto body repair shops for estimates. The estimate promised by T&J was nearly $1,000 lower than the other body shops I consulted. I expected a long drawn out process from estimate to actually picking up my car but Joe, the owner, made the entire experience very easy. He very quickly drew up the estimate, set a date for the drop off, and kept me informed daily about the progress he was making. I picked my car up yesterday and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Joe, was very friendly and courteous which can be a rarity when it comes to getting car repairs. Along with the warm manner in which I was received, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price that was charged. I cannot recommend T&J strongly enough.

Just took my car in to T&J for repairs for the third time in 14 years. The first time I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. The second time I was broadsided by a car running a stop sign. This time I must have been side swiped in a parking lot. Each time the estimate has been fair, the work meticulous, and the car ready when promised. Naturally, I would prefer not to be such a good customer, but if I need body work done, this is where Ill always go.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. my car sat there for 6 months waiting to be repaired telling me they were too busy to work on my car. the job got done and everything is lined up fine but the owner is absolutely the rudest person i have dealt with and does not value your time or money.

T&J did a poor job putting some of the parts back on the car after replacing a quarter panel. I had to bring it back, and was told that I could expect it to look as good as new and was being too picky. They did fix it, however, so they *could* have done better the first time.
