VERY HIGH RECOMMENDATION I was unfortunately T-Boned by someone earlier in the month and I took it here to get the work done through my insurance. They are extremely friendly and communicative about the work being done to your vehicle and they cut me a few breaks in places that I honestly was not expecting. They even gave me a personal ride to the bank when I wasnt prepared for payment. Above and beyond. Pictures will speak for themselves but I am extremely happy and satisfied by the work done by this establishment. Hopefully I will not need to stop in soon, but I know where to go if the circumstances ever arise again.

This is a top notch body shop everyone is courteous and professional. If you have an accident this is the place you want to get your car fixed at. I had a nasty accident and they told me that the repairs would take about 3 weeks, it only took them 2 weeks to fix, I was thrilled. I was even happier when they worked out a special rate for me at Enterprise rent a car saving me additional money. I cant say enough about Nelson, Juan, George, and Tiago, and the ladies in the office, they really go out of their way and will take good care of you.

I recently had my car repaired at Newark Auto Body. The customer service from the beginning was excellent. I did everything through my insurance which is complicated enough, but Thiago made it so easy! It was smooth sailing from dropping off the car and picking it up. The service itself was great too. They went above and beyond and the car was sparkly clean when I picked it up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an auto body without any problems. =) Good job guys!!!!!!

I was recently rear-ended and went to Newark Auto Body for my repairs. This was my first time having an insurance company pay for my repairs and I have heard many horror stories. I dealt with Thiago, who was friendly and professional. He contacted the insurance adjuster and everything went far more smoothly than I had hoped for. I just had my GMC Sierra 2500 HD repaired at this location. My contact at his shop was Tiago who was exceptional with the utmost professional demeanor and goes above and beyond to procure you the best prices for the parts and their installations. We are very happy with the service and will take our vehicles back to them (Tiago) if anything else needs to be repaired/replaced. The truck looks great (the side they fixed). lol Thanks again Tiago!

Newark Auto body has out of this world service with a smile!! . Nelson my contact guy was simply phenomenal. First accident in 2015 Newark Auto delivered Awesome repair service to my car. Ive used Newark Auto Body 3 times now and I have to say that their service is outstanding, they are kind and know how to take care of their customers. They matched the color on my car and you couldnt tell that my new 7 month old Honda CRV was ever in an accident and to top it off they were able to save me money. Newark Auto Body did an excellent job on my Hyundai Sonata. I had more damage under my damaged bumper and they fixed it all with no problem. My car looks better than it did before I bought it from the dealer! On top of that Tiago was a great help and kept me updated with my repairs. Everyone was very nice and my car came looking good as new! It took a bit longer than promised and expected but it was worth waiting. All dames were perfectly repaired, the paint matches the original color from manufacturer and they even washed and waxed the whole car. Im really pleased with the result.

Tried to call 3 times, and was hung up on all three times without so much as a "Hello" spoken. Apparently they dont need my business, so I will give it to someone else. Sad.
