I brought in some dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed. When I go them home a few days later I noticed they had lost the plastic pieces that keep the collar straight. The shirts all felt like they had been cooked; they felt dry and rigid. Im guessing they over pressed the shirts with too much heat. Worst of all there is a weird indentation in all of my shirts in the shape of a 1 inch steel band. Im guessing its part of the press. Makes asking to have them pressed completely pointless. Im not even going to bother bringing them back to complain because I dont want these cleaners anywhere near my clothes. They probably won’t survive another encounter.

My sister and I brought our clothes here for the first time (3 suits and 1 pharmacy white coat). Their service was outstanding! Amazing care and fast service. The staff was great; they were understanding and patient. Anyone who has to get any tailoring or dry cleaning done I definitely recommend this place. Worth every penny.
