Great dry cleaners very profession price is very good professional pleasant environment did a really great job removing a stains on my clothes and very satisfied with their professionalism felt at home I highly recommend this dry cleaners to everyone the owner is a very nice lady her and her partner Patrick professional understanding and easy to deal with totally understanding personally I would not take my clothes anywhere else but old bridge professional dry cleaners

ZERO, zero, zero customer service here. I believe the women in the front is named Joyce?!?! and she is just miserable to deal with . Rude, derogatory and speaks with a disgusting attitude to customers. My encounter with her over pants hem turned into a cursing and screaming match. Runaway, now! This place is worthless with no redeeming qualities. They dont tailor on site, this should have been my first clue that they are a subpar

Joyce and Patrick are the best!!! Joyce is a very very nice woman who always welcomes my husband and I with a smile! I could move away and would still make it there for their exceptional service. They both are genuine, kind and hard working. Im really frustrated too see anything else but 5 stars for them. Thank you for always taking such great care of us (and our clothes!).

I brought a rug there and ask if they could cleaned it. And they said yes they would try their hardest to get the messy stains out!!! I called 10 diffeeent locations and no one wanted to clean this 8 by 10 rug ! They did such a wonderful job!!!! The lady and the man who works there are phenomenal and very friendly!!! If I can give more stars to this location I would!!!

The store has terrible customer service, disorganized, and is way over priced. The guy that used to work there used to give us good deals and was always hastle free. The current lady at the counter is rude, disorganized, and deliberately overcharges. I am never going there again.
