This cleaners claims to clean Uggs however what they DO is send them out to another cleaners and charge $35 to do so. I picked up my boots and they were not clean inside. They CLAIMED to send them back out for a "redo" however when I picked them up again NOTHING was different. Still dirty inside with an odor. This business does not offer quality service like it used to. They are deceptive and not worth the money they charge to clean Uggs. I will no longer patronize them for ANYTHING. My money is valuable to me. If I could leave NO star that would be better because the service is horrible!!!

I use their service for long time but they hire new people without experiense and they stain my clothes and on top they blain me for it, the owner a chinesse lady argue with me because I refuse to pay the service which they damage 9 shirts with the same stain.
