Horrible experience today at Bordentown post office! Standing in long line and a lady who was already there was labeling her box at side counter. She forgot something in her car parked out front and told this large man standing guard at the doir that she needed to get something from her car. He announced loudly and rudely " well! You no we close st 12 right?!!!" She said "yes, just getting something from my car our front." He waited till she closed the door and again rudely and loud announced" nothing like waiting the last minute to mail something!!" Everyone got quiet and I asked, " do u work here?" And he said " why? I told him I thought his comment was rude and unprofessional representing the NJ Post Office! I ask his name and he first said Ross and then changed it to Walt. He became loud and I told him Id report this... He said go ahead! I meet the woman outside and he came out yelling and tried to deny saying anything. The woman and I will be making a formal complaint. This man should not work there at all! Another employee came out and told us that he is a very mean man and treats everyone like that and is a supervisor!!! OMG!!! so sad.... Time to change that!

I just moved to Bordentown and I called this morning to ask how much it would cost to rent a P.O. Box. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I went there I was greeted right away and explained what I needed to do. The young lady who I spoke with on the phone said she remembered me and helped me with my address changed and the P.O. Box rental. Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly.

Will always mark your package as delivered and gets delivered the next day if its convenient for them. Where is my S@#t post office? Not in my mail box like you said. 3rd time they have done this to me! Wish they would be honest and do what they say!

The counter people at this post office are surly and act like they are doing the customers a big favor by weighing a package or selling stamps. Our postal carrier often mixes up the mail. We get our neighbours mail and they get ours.

Extremely Rude people the supervisor is even worse. I put in 3 change of address requests and still my mail is not being delivered to me. They are holding the mail and forwarding it to me over 30 days later.

I go here all the time and they are both friendly and helpful. Sometimes its the customers that slow the lines down as they are not sure how to mail their packages.

2011 now, and this post office is friendly and they get the job done. I know some staff has changed and that may account for some of the change.

The supervisor is very rude and over direct...didnt answer any of my questions at all...no help at all
