I have been a long time wash and fold service customer that spends over $1,000 per year. A week and a half ago, another customer came in and took my clothes. I patiently waited for 8 days for the other customer to return my clothes. The spoke to the owner Phil yesterday and he assured me if the clothes were not returned today, he would reimburse me the cost of the clothes. So as requested I sent him a detailed list of each missing item and the total cost. His reaction was there is no way that the amount I gave him could be correct (in other words calling me a liar) and that I would have to wait until the customer brought my clothes in. So beware that this business is unethical and does not keep their word. Please make sure you and/or your friends dont risk losing your clothes using their wash and fold service.

The "Best Laundromat" is an understatement. This facility is clean, sanitary, well-lit, airy, comfortable, accommodating, and always being upgraded. There are multiple washers with a variety of load capacities. Every nook and cranny of each washer is immaculate. Throughout the day, the machines are being cleaned and maintained. There is a strong emphasis on customer service. “Maria” is the on-site Manager. She is friendly, kind, and accommodating. Due to our busy work schedules, we visit the Laundromat early mornings on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. “Monica” is there cleaning and greeting her customers. "Good morning...Can I help you with that...Let me take that for you." To the Staff, thank you for taking pride in customer service.

Up until recently Id have given this place 5 stars. Maria a FANTASTIC! This new girl working tonight is horrible! Its open till 11 pm with the last wash at 9:30. I pulled up to DRY only and the "Open" sign is off. Shes rude and at least 3 dryers and a washer are broken but no sign and shes blowing off the customers! Definitely NOT the level of service weve always had at Best Laundromat. Very disappointed. Ill only come when Maria is working from now on..... UPDATE: The girl working still was not to the laundromats standards but after much persistent she did finally help the customers with broke machines so I bumped my rating to 4 starts.

The place is a zoo. Children running around unsupervised, that stand in front of the automatic door keeping it open so it barely feels like the ac is on. The staff do not ask the parents to control their children, nor do they even speak English when you try to present them with a problem. To get any help they must call someone on the phone who can speak English to help you. Have been here many times, but the place is in decline and i would not recommend it to anyone.

I had been going to a laundromat close to my home for 7 years, my friend recommended this laundromat. I was amazed at how clean the place is kept. The machines are spotless and the staff is very friendly. The manager of the place whose name is Maria goes above and beyond to help anyone that needs it. Needless to say that BEST LAUNDROMAT is indeed the best laundromat. I now drive right past my old laundromat to get to this one but the extra miles are worth it!!

Went here at 10:30pm to quickly dry a load of clothes after getting turned away from another brick laundromat(who also had posted hours of 11pm). The lady working was SOOOO nice and did not give us a hard time at all. The dryer dried our load of blankets and sheets in about 25 min. Would def recommend.

Is by far actually the best laundromat....ever. Super clean tons of washers and lots of different sizes, whole wall of super fast dryers. Touch screen payment option no need for a ridiculous amount of quarters. Friendly helpful staff.

This is awesome place. It is air conditioned, clean, friendly and they have an ATM and also sell supplies. They are all front loading washers, so you have to have large loads.I drive 10 miles to go here because its that good!

Its a nice place. Well-lit area relax clean. All sorts of assorted size washers for different prices. And a wall full of dryers. Staff is always friendly and takes good care of me. They have open wi-fi. Ask for the password
