My roommate and I usually get our laundry picked-up and washed then dropped off. Usually the job is done well. But this one particular time, we sent pillows and a comforter and some other clothes. We were charged a ridiculous amount ($90!), but was not informed that there is an extra charge for comforters and pillows. We spoke to the manager and refused to understand. All he did was give us a $10 discount as a bandage over a flood. We thought that was the end of that, but when we opened the plastic bags for our pillows 4 of the 6 were still wet and smelled like mold! We called him and he again refused to be understanding. He gave us all of this trouble and only refunded $14, the price for two pillows. We were shocked as to how uncompromising he was. Laundry King might seem great with its space and size, but if you have a slight problem with them, the manager refuses to understand anything. Beware!

do not hesitate, not only are the staff at Laundry King exceptionally nice, they call if theres a problem with pickup or delivery so you dont sit wasting time waiting. My 2 overstuffed bags were back in less than 24 hours after pick up. The clothes and linens were obvously washed in HOT WATER with quality soap. I was very hesitant about giving folks bags of laundry, good reviews or not. But unfortunately Sunset Park laundromats use cold-warm water in their ancient moldy smelling machines, you never know if the dryer you chose will dry for 30 minutes, or the clock runs fast; I actually loaded 2 dryers, same quarters, one ran at twice the speed. Im washing for one person, it shouldnt take a fortune and hours to accomplish this task. MY POINT IS-you will save both time and money, working with Laundry King is NOT a luxury.

The sinking parking lot FINALLY got a smooth makeover. The restroom wreaks of urine, the water is always cold when you wash your hands. I cant count the amount of times that Ive had to wash my clothes in cold water only because they did not have hot water, too many times. Their ceilings are always leaking to the pint that there are buckets or yellow cones to watch your step. And there seems to be a problem with the heating and air conditioning during the summer, its either too hot or so cold you dont want to take your coat off while washing. This place has gone downhill since I first started washing here some 7 years ago. And finally the light is out in the bathroom now, I dont know anyone that enjoys using a bathroom in the dark that stinks like pee.

This laundry mat has really gone downhill since it opened. The place is filthy & the owner seems like he really does not care. I have done my laundry & also dropped off for service. The water is always cold, if you have them wash the clothes they do not smell clean & many clothes are ruined due to the fact they are discolored with other colors on it. I gave this business one star only because you cant give no star. Also if you email this business within concerns you receive no response!! Stay away from Laundry King on 4th Avenue & Marine Avenue!!!!!

I have been to this place maybe 7 or 8 times. They did an ok job during those times, sometimes clothes were burned or bleached.I dropped off my clothes at 7am and they said it will be ready by 6pm. It is 6:30 and only 1 bag is ready , she told me the rest of my clothes just went ito the dryer. Almost 12 hours have past and my clothes are not done, and i have to come back now. Also the 1 bag that was ready was full of towels and i checked them and they are damp. This is my last time coming here. Absoultely ridiculous.

Ushally going to the laudromat is always a hellish experince that I make my sister do for me but my experience at laudry king was pleasant they do free pick up and delivery and wash your clothes for cheep and if you do get stuck washing your clothes yourself the store is nice and clean with vending machines and a computer in the back. They have music playing and the employees are not those mean old crabs you get used to seeing at other laudromats.

Best advice is to avoid this place all together, especially Wednesdays when all the other laundry mats are closed in the area. The worker behind counter is clearly over-worked and is easily overwhelmed with just a few people in line. All other laundry mats are efficient and friendly. It is not worth your time and money to be rudely ignored by employees.

Worst service possible... I found a bunch of clothes that are not mine in my bag. Plus, when I started checking I am missing about 5 shirts and two pants. The employee was extremely rude about this and didnt offer any solution. He refused to call the manager and then ignored to take more orders that they most likely will mess up. Beware and stay away.

Is a very good laundry very clean machine, reasonable prices, dryclean services very good, you can even, use your own soap in order, when they do your wash and fold, very nice view, to beat the other crampy spaces, the other laundry use, they have wifi, nice place, they even have parking space, a real plus for a laundry. So the windows say, "Fully Air Conditioned." Not true! I almost fainted from heat exhaustion. They have ceiling fans that do not help at all. There is water leaking from the ceilings also. I have been here years ago where there was air conditioning and the place was gteat. Now, it is falling apart! Whats going on ???

There are 3 types of machines: Small - $2.25 Medium - $4.25 Large - $5.25 The machine used for drying costs around $0.5 for 12 minutes. I am giving it 4 stars because the Laundry is open 24x7 and the people at help desk are not at all helpful.

This is a convenient full service laundromat facility. It is by far the largest facility if its type in the Bay Ridge, Fort Hamilton and Tyler Heights areas. Plenty of washers and dryers. All of which have performed well during my last visits.

Great place to bring your laptop and have a great time, TVs, vending machines and good prices. I dropped 3 shirts for dry cleaning, they removed a spot that i had on my shirt for ages. Good service all in all.

Majority of the machines are always out of order. Its like a race to catch empty machines. And one specific worker is obviously very lazy.
