I am so disappointed in my last service. I went in for some light purple highlights, and left with electric blue chunks. I have very blonde hair and apparently my stylist is not familiar with the horrible bleeding that occurs. I noticed in the mirror the faces she was making as she was rinsing, as well as the raised eyebrows of the other girls who came to take a look, paid $130. As the stylist said. "I will call you in a week and if you want, I will fix it" I still havent heard anything, its been four weeks. I have been wearing a pony tail for the past month until I can get most of the color out. Thanks Natalie.

Very poor my girlfriend went there and she was so destraught with what happened girls were on there phones talking without a care about the customer the owner didnt say one word she was too buzy in her office in her own world the girls did not dress professional at all they wore whatever they wanted I will not allow my girlfriend to go there anymore. Everyone we know I will tell them what happened and her family and friends will no longer go to this disorganized place anymore and not to mention there was dust all over the floors and shes allergic. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

I was there got a good haircut however when i stated 3x that i was double process and on my color card stated i was double process the woman doing my hair did me single process and i walked out of there with still an inch of dark roots which i hadnt noticed till i went to do my hair that night before going out. I called the next morning and they will fix it (fingers crossed) I find them to be highly overpriced especially for the area they are in

Amazing!! I moved to the area two years ago from the Philadelphia area, where amazing stylists are at every corner. Ive tried a few places locally and was horribly disappointed, figuring I would have to continue the 1.5 hour commute every few weeks to get decent hair color/style. Gave Roots a try and couldnt be happier!! They offered endless options, high end products, knowledgeable staff... the list goes on! Cant wait to go back :)

Ive been going to Roots for a while now. I love this place. Everyone is so friendly from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. Nikki my stylist is awesome. Listens to what I want to do, makes suggestions and because she knows how I love hair products always lets me know whats new and will help me achieve a good hair day when shes not doing my hair. Go there - youll feel like a movie star when you leave

I have been going here for over a year I must say this place is amazing the place is so cute and trendy and ALL of the staff is so nice day helpful and kind especially when I brought my mom in who uses a walker (they made her feel so comfortable and at ease and made her feel young again. Ive never been to a place where every time I get my hair done and go out I get so many "WOW YOUR HAIR LOOKS FAB" BEST PLACE AROUND

This place was okay and the only reason I stayed was because my stylist was AMAZING (Desiree) and she is great at doing my hair, but she is no longer at Roots, so I wouldnt recommend it. My daughter and mother got their hair done here and it was mediocre at best. My mom is going to get her hair redone with Desiree at her new place (La Femme in Toms River).

I really loved the atmosphere at this salon. Kelley gave me ombre highlights, cut and styled my hair. I absolutely LOVE it. It has been a couple of weeks and I am still constantly getting compliments. Kelley was really sweet and so was the whole staff. I would recommend Roots Hair Lounge to anyone!

Really great experience! Amanda had the challenge of working with my head of unruly hair, inches of dead ends, and self-cut bangs, but she did a great job. Best hair cut I can remember. Also, she explained everything she was doing in a way I could understand so I could try the hair tricks at home.

I have been a customer at Roots for years and love their work. Great staff and service is wonderful. I get a cut and color once a month. I see Natalie Z. and she pays attention to what I want. Highly recommend using their salon. If you want a pampered experience this is the place to go.

Staff is very friendly and the salon is super clean. I never go in with in with a plan, but Natalie always hooks me up with a cute cut and great color! It took me a while to find a good salon in Brick when I moved, I tried a bunch, Roots is the best!

Its been along time since I had my hair cut. This place was fantastic!! Liz cut my hair. She was truly amazing. She greeted me immediately and her sparkling personality and she was very professional.
