I cannot say enough about the experience I had in this salon! Just a little bit of background, it took me FOREVER to trust a hair stylist after a bad experience I had awhile ago. And I had made a decision that I wanted to cut off my hair (which was extremely long), to above my shoulders and I needed color badly. Needless to say, I was very nervous for many reasons, but from recommendations from friends, I chose to make my appointment with Chelsea (who works here). She took her time with me, while I showed her photos of what I wanted, and she explained what would work best for me. She was super patient because she knew I was extremely nervous as well, which meant the world to me! She also discussed my concerns with me in terms of how much time I had to style my hair, etc. She took her time with the cut and choosing the color, and made sure it was everything I had asked for. When all was said and done, I had EXACTLY what I wanted! It is soooo refreshing to have a hair stylist listen to what I asked for, and to get the cut I actually wanted! I had never had a better cut in my life, and for once, I felt completely satisfied with the result! Although I have been to high-end salons in the past, I have never encountered a stylist that was so compassionate and professional with the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend her to ANYONE looking to get gorgeous hair cut and color!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Yes, the salon is gorgeous; but there are no amount of aesthetics can possibly make up for the horrific customer service here! My "two week manicure" didnt make it even one week without chipping and peeling DRASTICALLY. Things happen though, so I figured no big deal... Ill take my 9 year old niece for a birthday mani/pedi and get this fixed while Im there. Rather than apologizing for the condition of my nails, I was told "well, your two weeks is almost up." Ummm, no... its been TEN DAYS and this started week one! I even took photos, which are time stamped, to prove as much! Even after seeing the photo evidence, they didnt offer an apology or make any effort to rectify the situation. I was ready to walk out at that point, but I wanted to get my nieces nails done for her birthday, so I said "just soak these off and Ill get a regular mani, and shell have a mani/pedi." To which they responded, "well youre going to have to wait a half hour." My eyes immediately shifted to the EMPTY nail bar -- not a SINGLE person sitting there, literally -- and said, forget it. I am leaving and will never be back. If you value good customer service, I would not bother going here! Its also worth mentioning my initial appointment took two hours! Never in my life has it taken two hours for a gel manicure!

I have been going to Beyond since they opened and I can say that the bad reviews that you have read are all true. Their customer service is horrible and their techs are always coming and going with no consistency. My nails had chipped 3 days after getting them done 2 months ago and after having to make an appointment and waste another hour of my day they agreed to repaint them. I just went in on the 29th and by the 4th they were ALL chipping again, plus the polish turned a weird color as it was originally a mint green and it looked like a mood polish with how different it was after a few days. When I pay $40 for a fill I expect it to last at the LEAST 3 weeks, they tell you it should be every 2 but that is complete B.S. Before I started going to Beyond I went to NailStar and will be going back, they are much more courteous and professional and truly care about how your nails look when you leave. This place has taken a HUGE nose dive!

I am so disappointed in my first experience here! I can see that they do some good work, but I got the girl that didnt care. I was so excited to get a pedicure for the first time this summer. Im on my feet all day for work and have been working so much these past few months. I went with 2 other people and watched what they were having done compared to mine. She was so much more concerned with talking to the other girls and just skated by on my feet. I didnt get a foot massage, she just rubbed the same spot on my leg for 5 mins. She didnt scrape my heels, and she managed to finish me 4 mins before the people I came with even though she started 5 mins later than they did. I dont have nasty feet at all, so there was no reason for her to do that. Not worth the $27+tip at all!!!!

Yes the pampering was there what I did not like was The underhanded pricing. I looked up the prices online they told me a gel pedicure and a gel manicure $70 so I was prepared to spend $70 when I got to the counter to pay it was $92 and then they wanted to know if I wanted to tip the girl at the front desk she didnt even say hello to me why would I tip her and Im a very generous tipper I left a pedicure girl 10 And the manicure a girl 10 but why would I tip the front desk girl she didnt even talk to me I mean I just hate being taken advantage of so where was the extra $22 I was so annoyed I didnt want to say anything but Ill never go back never! Fool me once thats on me fool me twice I dont think so!

This place is great!! It was recommended to me by a co worker so I had my nails done by the owner and got a gel fill with a really fun design. I asked for him 3 weeks later because it was so great and unfortunately he had a family emergency which I understand being a fully booked hairdresser myself it can be tough. They had someone different do my nails right away and being a little hesitant I ended up pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with how KiKi did my nails. They look flawless! Its nice to know you can trust more than one person .. The place is very clean and sanitary quick and efficient ! Thank you beyond nails : )

so disappointed in this salon. i came two weeks ago, got gel tips in which they were not filed right and they looked huge, let it go as it is not the end of the world and just went in yesterday to get them filled, they came out alright but i was charged $40 and the website says gel fill is $30. i didnt get anything special or french, just regular gel polish. very disappointed in their business, every single person in that salon is very cold and not welcoming and the entire time im there i feel as if they just want your money and to get out asap. definitely will not be going back after this.

they cut my finger and made it bleed from FILING SO HARD, my nails were crooked and uneven, the nail artist would laugh in my face when i asked him to be more careful and fix a mistake, and two nails fell off in two days! unbelievable. i did, however, get full payment back (not including my very generous and undeserved tip), after a good deal of "negotiating" with the receptionist. they were very rude when i asked for a refund and had terrible customer service. never going back.
