If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such unprofessional stylist in my entire life. Not only were the staff rude, loud, and obnoxious, but have no clue how to run a business. How they are still in business is beyond me. The owner, who must of yelled that she is the owner 20 times, was loud, immature and cursing the entire time I was there. She made comments to other staff such as"you have so and so tomorrow, but she hops from salon to salon so dont go crazy", hearing this as a first time client really turned me off. As for the actual hair process, I will not say who I had, but she did not do what I asked . My hair was far from what I showed,and hair cut was uneven. I also have bleach lines in my hair from where the dye was (I have pictures to prove). I paid $230 for crap. And of course cash only. When I told her I was unhappy, which I never ever do, (but my hair was so horrible I had to) she said she could do only 6 small foils or I would have to pay an additional $80. Ummm no thanks . Went to a different salon today, for much cheaper, who actually did what I asked .... and had to fix all the mistakes of the other person.I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

just read a bad review from "Jessica lopes" & I cant believe what I am reading & that someone has 1 bad thing to say about the salon. The salon is filled with talented & kind stylist who go above & beyond for their clients. I have been following the stylist since day one & coming to vola via is the best descion I made!! It is a family friendly environment where clients are treated with the utmost respect & the stylist here have worked on days off just just to accommodate their clients & to even raise money for charity events. I am not the type of person to ever write reviews but when I seen this negative review I couldnt help myself but to express how amazing the salon is & everyone who is apart of it !

Ummm Im really surprised at this bad review I love all the girls there I was actually just googling there address because Im taking a cab over there because I have an appointment today.....I have followed my hairstylist there from another salon and thats how great she is.....when you go there they make you feel so comfortable they are so sweet and my stylist even came in hours before she needed to so me and my family wouldnt be late to my sisters baby shower.....when I was so greatfull she did that she said that it made her feel like she was a part of our special and she was glad we picked her.....so for one bad experience theres a million great ones we love Vola Via Hair Salon I give them 10 stars......

The girls at Vola Via are very talented, friendly and provide excellent customer service. They always do whatever they can to make sure a client is happy. Ive been following Julianne for the past 5 years & I am always happy with my color & cut. She has changed my color from brown to blonde through out the years. She is always recommending certain products for my hair to make sure it is staying healthy. I recommend the girls at this salon to anyone who is looking for a new hair dresser because they are all great at what they do!

Literally the most beautiful hair salon I have ever seen. I have been going to Bianca for about 3 years now. I used to go to her old salon until she opened up Vola Via. This was my first time going to the new salon and I loved it . The girls are so sweet and friendly and very professional. They offered me coffee/tea/water multiple times. They are very personable girls and I cant even imagine getting my hair done by anyone else. Worth every single dollar.

All I can say is I absolutely LOVE Vola Via, such a great atmosphere.The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. I had Balayage and a haircut done and it was perfect, exactly what I asked for, I get constantly complemented and have already sent at least a dozen people there who all have had the same experience!
