I called for a simple wash and cut on Thursday for either Friday or Saturday, but was told they were too busy for me. I was led to believe that on Sunday they had more than enough openings. When I got to the salon on Sunday at 1:25 for my 1:30 appointment I was told that they were a little behind schedule and that the stylist would do my hair while my mothers (who also had a 1:30 appointment) hair dye was setting. I patiently waited. While I was waiting for her to take me, I watched her dry another customers hair and wash a customers (who had walked in 45 minutes after me) hair. By this time, my mothers dye was set. We finally said something to her when she began to dry the lady(who walked in 45 minutes after me)s hair. The hairstylist replied to our complaints that she couldnt do anything about the scheduling and this lady who had an appointment 45 minutes after mine was already a customer. I was extremely disappointed with the excessive wait time and how they treated me. I walked out of the salon without getting my hair done because an hour and thirty minutes after my appointment I was still waiting to be taken.

I went there for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Its a very friendly environment and the staff will talk to you! They offer coffee and tea while getting your hair done. I had the brazilian blowout done on my hair and so far I am loving it! My hair is silky and I can still flip the ends to give it that little something extra. The fumes really werent as bad as everyone complains about them to be. My hair smells delicious ;D Now I just have to see how long the treatment will last!

I am definitely satisfied with the service and prices. The salon is clean, spacious, and cheek. Definitely projects a good relaxing vibe. The hair-dressers and the rest of the staff are amazingly friendly. I went there last week for the first time for a trim and a blowout and i spent only 20 bucks. Got lots of compliments!!Couldnt have asked for a better deal. I am going back today with one of my girlfriends for updos, manicure and pedicure, possibly make-up too.

The whole team were just great.. specially SONILA who gave my hair a special care and dyed it exactly the colour i like and finished it with a vvv nice professional hair cut... Thank u sonila and thanks for the whole team...

As always a wonderful hair experience. You are greeted warmly when you arrive, wait time is very short,if any wait time at all. I had my roots done this time and they match my hair beautifully. Love going there..
