Lazy office dealt with Dorothy Jennings in Brigantine, the worst -never returns emails or calls.Lazy marketing of housing -never bothers to spell check, polish or take pictures, very little effort put into write ups . Extremely unpolished and unprofessional. Low work ethic. I would stay away and deal with a more ambitious group. Knowledge level low to nonexistent. I was unimpressed, very low caliber! Does not inspire any confidence or trust. I would suggest going with a more educated and ambitious bunch! If you ask her something about a property she has listed she has no clue. I have found it best to go with agents where the people take it seriously and have enough intelligence to help you and not hinder you in this market. This is not the place you want to trust with your bucks! People dont just pick someone at the desk to show your home, or take you to properties. I would suggest someone with a good solid business background , a college degree ( not community college) and someone who is intelligent.

Hey-- Stay away from Pru-Fox offices! They are real pits of vipers. I dealt with two Pru-Fox "Sales Professionals" from the nearby Margate, NJ office-- Mark Arbeit and Lou Solomon-- and regret it to this day. Youre going to trust a Pru-Fox realtor? OK. Before you do, though, read about Arbeits exploits with little schoolboys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Why does Pru-Fox even have dudes like this lurking around its offices? Doesnt it do anything to "vet" its realtors? How bout Solomon? Well, hes the epitome of a Pru-Fox realtor: Sports a gnarly, year-round tan-in-a-can; puts in MLS descriptions for his listings information he later laughingly admits is false; represents convicted criminals; and lets prospective buyers know his sellers bottom lines. Hes a real gem! Look-- these two smirking, high-fivin jokers teamed up with a mini-Madoff mortgage broker to stick me with the brokers house over a leaking oil tank. Deal with Pru-Fox realtors and youll end up in a similar situation!

Pru-Fox realtors arent just lazy and unprofessional; theyre dishonest, ruthless, twisted and arrogant. Two of them from the nearby Margate, NJ office-- Lou Solomon and Mark Arbeit-- teamed up with a convicted criminal mortgage broker to stick me with the brokers house over a leaking underground oil tank. These Pru-Fox realtors really arent to be trusted. But dont listen only to me. Read about Mr. Arbeit in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Youre going to trust these types now????
