Ive been living at these property for three years and I basically have to wait weeks / months for basic repairs. I have mold in both my bathrooms for years and they come and paint over the mold water stained vanity instead of swapping it out . This Rental office are very inconsiderate and only want your money but dont want to repairs issues in your condo. I cant wait to move out this place

This property is a dump! The property management headed by Jon Seddon are incompetent and inconsiderate. They take advantage of the low income and elderly. I have waited months and weeks for basic repairs and more serious repairs alike. Its unfortunate that people arent force to live in the properties that they run.
