If zero stars was an option thats what I would have chose!!! The worst experience Ive ever had. First of all I paid 25 bucks for a get mani which basically mentioned to sand off my other nail polish and repaint them. Waited an hour and rushed out within 15 mins. While I waited for my crappy mani to dry I watched as he poured the acetone I was just soaking my nails back into the bottle with a funnel. So now Im wondering how many other peoples filth Id I just soak my fingers in. Hopefully I dont get AIDS, wish me luck!! Do not go to this place unless you have a death wish!!

I asked for acrylic nails. Paid full price, as soon as I laid my hands on the table my nails werent trimmed, cuticles werent pushed back, he immediately glued on the acrylic nails. I didnt get a manicure at all. My nails didnt even last a week and one already fell off. I find that it was more of a rushed expirience rather than trying to give the customers what they want. Also, eyebrows are done fast and way too thin. Not something I recommend at all.

Like any other salon there is always an issue .. the tech wasnt fast enough, the place was too crowded, the selection wasnt great, my nail broke off in a couple of days complains complains etc.. one thing I can say about this place they dont like their customers to wait.. I went back in a timely manner to fix an issue that I caused because I was rushing and they fixed it with no problem...

Never had to wait for a manicure. Always had a pleasant experience, and always got exactly what I asked for. I will continue to use Top Nail Salon because its convenient and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place sucks dont go bad service and dont know how to talk to people and there work sucks 3 days and my nails cracked gonna tell me i need to pay for it to be fixed my nail shouldnt be cracked in 3 days

My nails started to lift in two days and were very rude when I went back to get them fixed and tried to charge me. Also like other people have said they rush you once they finally see you.

HORRIBLE!!! Bad customer service.... poor decor, not many nail techs and color selections... I only am giving 1 star bcz I could not give zero....Oh btw.... my finger is not bent!!!!!!

They do good work but they do not give recipes for work. the only thing is that their prices change as you talk to them:( no set prices.
