Im honestly really surprised about all of these rave reviews on this place. Ive never come out with a haircut that upset me from ANYWHERE until I tried here. I tried here due to the amazing reviews, and Im not a high maintence individual so im just really surprised that people actually were so satisfied. First off, I feel like if Im paying 90 dollars for a cut and color, I can at least get my hair blown out at the end, or even have it offered. She sent me away with wet hair. When I got home, I had so much hair piled all over me, that I had to change and fully shower, which sucked because I had somewhere to be. While she shampooed my hair, I got water splashed in my face multiple times as well. Lastly, she didnt seemed focused on my haircut. Blazed right through it to go eat her dinner, and now Im stuck with layers (as in she cut two blunt ones) that dont compliment a curly style at all. Im just really surprised and disapointed. The reason why I gave two stars instead of one however, was she did a nice job on my color. But overall, I would never think of coming to this salon again.

I have been serviced by the staff of Turning Heads Salon for many years. I am in there every 6 weeks for a color, cut and to purchase hair products. The staff is always very friendly and prompt to serve. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment time. The Salon is kept clean and the owner keeps up to date on the latest products and styles. I dispute any negative comments made on this site and challenge anyone to go in and give them a try!

This place is the worst around! Went in after a bad haircut & was told there was nothing they could do to help me! Whats worse is the caddy, rude, snotty staff! I went not very far, that same day to Trendsetters & Heather was more then happy to help my horrible hair cut & I loved it so much! Go to Trendsetters in Cookstown, they are the best! Dont go to Turning Heads they will just turn you away anyway!

Michaela did a FABULOUS job on my hair last night. I was a little nervous because it was my first time there, but she cut my hair exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be back and high recommend this salon.
