I went to get a streak of hair colored but I didnt get the color they showed me. The hair dresser said to come back in 3 days for a darker version of the color. When I went back and reconfirmed the color for my hair they said they dont have it today and to come back in 2 days. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I just picked another color and again I got a color I didnt expect. The owner went out to get the color I was expecting but it was just cheap dye. This was almost a 7 hour process, 2 days combined for just a little color in my hair. Absolutely professional. To make it worse, I didnt wash my hair for 4 days and when I finally did, I DIDNT PUT SHAMPOO IN MY HAIR AND ALL THE COLOR DRAINED OUT. I payed 30 dollars plus forced 20 dollars tip for cheap dye and horrible service which led to extremely bad hair. My hair looks absolutely disgusting. Color should not drain out from just putting water in it; not even shampoo, it was just water.

I am a regular customer for the eyebrow threading (go almost every 2 weeks) and am usually very pleased with their work. Today I got a lady I have never had before and she completely botched the shape of my eyebrows. I have nice, thick eyebrows and she threaded so much of the sides that there are almost no hairs left. I also got my lip waxed and she blew her nose into a tissue and continued to hold that tissue by my face while using the wax strip in her other hand. I left very upset and cannot do anything about my eyebrows except pencil them in until they grow back. I would recommend going on a Saturday for the better staff and not Sunday. Due to my bad experience, I am quite disappointed and will not be back for a while.

This is the only place near Hillsborough that has the cheapest price for eyebrow threading, $5, but recently they incrrased it to $6. when I walked in it was not busy but the lady did not greet me welcomly and acted like im interuptting her conversation she was having. The threading was okay but when I paid she gave me $3 short of change. Its like she gave her own tip when I already gave her a tip?!!!!! I highly suggest going to a different salon since the hairdressers are apparently horrile as well.

Tip Extortion. They did a decent job with my haircut but were unprofessional during the haircut. Chatting with a friend who just walked in and was hovering around my haircut sharing her videos and pictures. When I reduced the tip by a little bit since they have also increased their prices by over 25% the hairdresser started embarrassing me in front of the other customers by raising her voice. After that she would not take any tip until I increased it to the amount she was expecting.

Bad!! waxing was really bad! Got waxing done of the arms.. Had gone to get arms and legs done however on seeing the terrible waxing of the arms , decided of not doing the legs. the lady who did waxing was so bad in pulling the strips that i got bumps ,redness and itchy arms..Definitely wont get it done from here.

Star glow is great. Especially Alex. She did my hair so nicely and for a reasonable price too. I got such a nice brown ombre and she even threw in some curls for extra. The staff was friendly and very professional. By the end of the appointment I needed to give a large tip, she really deserved it.

I like starglow because of the service they are providing.They are friendly and done a great job.Divya did my eyebrows, I worried as it is my first time to this salon but she did a good job and fixed the eyebrow shape. I even done my hairstyle with Anna she is amazing.

I had my eyebrows done at Starglow Salon in Hillsborough. It was my first time there and I loved it. In and out in a jiffy. I had my 3 year old with me and was nervous about the wait. But there was no wait. The beautician was professional and thorough .

Terrible service for eyebrows, i repeatedly told her that she was hurting me.By the time i reached home my skin near eyebrow had cuts and was little bleeding, I would never visit this place again and do not refer this place to friends

I went in for a haircut to Starglow Salon in Hillsborough. I was impressed with the clean and pleasant salon and efficient staff. The beautician gave me a nice summer cut with a trendy fade. I would definitely go to Starglow again.

Worst place ever..I wanted just a cleaning and she made one eyebrow way thinner than the other...and then tried to tell me that I didnt have much hair on that eyebrow.. also the receptionist was on her phone the whole time

My son loves to get his hair cut at Starglow. The staff is kind and attentive. After a neat and professional cut, he gets to pick a lollipop too! Happy camper.

I like star glow. Fernando gives a great oil head rub and hair cut. I dont like the other ladies who work there. They messed up my appointment last time.
