I have gone here a few times over the years because my husband and family have gone here. My dye was not even close to the color I wanted. They got the dye all over my clothes and blamed me. Another time I cut my hair there and had to go somewhere else after to fix it. Sad part is they knew I was unhappy but didnt offer to fix it. But the last straw is when they wouldnt let me use a $40 certificate in their name because I had to use it within 6 months. It doesnt say it on the certificate. I guess the owner doesnt realize its illegal and needs to state the experation date on it. I realize now it doesnt take much intelligence to own a company. Not much of a loss since they are not good at what they do

Overall experience was good just a little on the slow side when you go there expect to stay for awhile so make sure you dont have plans that you have to be on time for!!

Worst place!! False advertisement.. They have prices posted that are "old" and dont follow them anymore.. I do not recommend this place!
