Ive been here before for tire service and they did a very good job. Not only did i have a tire replaced at that time but I had an oil change at the suggestion of the gentleman that took care of me. However, yesterday I went to have my car checked because the wheels in the front felt wobbly. I walked in at around 1:15pm. I told him the issue with my car and he said "We wont be able to get to your car until after 5pm." I said "Ok, will you be able to fix my car at that time?" He said "Well, I wont know until 5pm because we cant look at until then." Looking around, I see several garage employees hanging around not looking very busy. He didnt even offer to amuse me by simply looking at my tires. Even that simple act of interest would have encouraged me to get a ride home and let them keep my car until 5. The lack of interest told me that he just didnt want to have another customer at that time. I said "Ok, so you want me to wait here til 5pm just to look at it. And even still at that time you wont know if you can fix it or if you need to keep it overnight? No thank you...Ill go somewhere else." And he let me leave. Lol. A caring employee would have realized the potential loss of a return customer and offered to at least look at my car. I took it somewhere else and waited 3 hours to have my tire replaced. I didnt mind waiting I just wanted to know that I would be taken care of.

Extremely slow service. Misinformation--trying to sell me tires. Told us we couldnt get the tire plugged, that we had to buy new (after they already had the car for over an hour). So we took it to Pep Boys the very next day, and they said it was totally plug-able, and fixed it within 30 minutes for $12. Will never go to this Firestone again

I talked to Robert about doing an inspection for a vehicle I saw on ebay. He must have spent at least an hour with this vehicle testing everything including 4WD, and the on-board computer. I did not end up winning the vehicle; it was the best $20 I have ever spent. Meineke and Burlington Chevy quoted $85 and $90 for the same job.

Service here was terrible i will not be returning. Booked an appointment online received a call an hour later moving confirmed appointment back an hour. Then i arrive early for my appointment and am told that it will be another 2 hour wait for service,

My car was running hot I was told bye Firestone I need water pump part and labor will be around $620.00 I took it to another shop they told me My tensional pulley was frozen it will be $120 for the repair Watch out for Firestone did steal from people

Horrible service. If you tell someone two hours to put on 4 new tires and then it takes you over 3 you need better workers.

In & out 45 minutes. 4 stars and not 5, oil drain plug was not tighten enough leaks oil!!! did it myself!!!
