Crooks! They gave me free Oil Change tickets for purchasing 4 tires (which were very good and at a discounted price). But I only used two out of four tickets when I noticed that each time I used it, I had to have another oil change earlier than usual because the engine started to sound differently. After the first time, I was wrong to give it another try. And NEVER fall for their lifetime wheel alignment plan. When I had them align my wheels together with a transmission oil change, they told me that the alignment was done but what made me concerned was that the requested service was not reflected in the receipt. It turned out that they did not do the alignment and I had to have it in another shop. That proved to me that they are sweet talking crooks that should be avoided.

I had my car taken in for an emergency visit right after work as my coolant fluid was sprayed all over the engine, causing quite a bit of smoke. The Denville shop was thankfully open until 7pm so I was able to drop it off immediately, which I was very thankful for. The technician and sales staff were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. They went over my options and their recommendations, which I consulted with my Mechanical Engineer hubby and referenced online, and it all matched up. This was one of the better repair experiences Ive ever had and I feel like I can trust them to take care of my car. Opened up a credit account and will definitely be returning for future work. Its conveniently located only 10 minutes from work too!

Brought my car in at 7AM so it would be ready by lunch time. Wanted an oil change, and an explanation for a very mild, and occasional humming noise. Called at noon to confirm it was ready, but found out they hadnt started on it yet, and would call me when it was ready. I finally got a call back around 6:30 that night. Picked it up as they closed to discover my mild, occasional noise had turned into a loud, and consistent noise. Brought it to STS a few weeks later, who said some chassis bolts were loose, so they tightned them, and the noise went away. Can there be a better reason to avoid this place?

Your standard oil change will come with a Complete Vehicle Inspection package. Sounds right? Wrong. They FORGOT to mention that this comes at $21.99 plus tax. Even worse, they actually did NOT perform the inspection, as they did not find the brake pad problem, I had. Of course, they did not give out any inspection report that you usually get at other places. And on top of these, driving the car after oil change within 4 miles the check engine light comes on. Obviously, I will not go back there. Thank you.

Ryan and Tony went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire, which was beyond repair and to get me a loaner even after service hours. Thank you so much guys. I would of been stranded if it wasnt for you, Ryan! There should be more people like both of you in this world. I highly recommend getting your car serviced there. They really care about their customers. A+++ in Knowledge, Courtesy, Perseverance and Customer Service.

These guys rule. They always give you a fair price and an honest appraisal. Since theyre a chain, they also run promotions very frequently. I dont think Ive ever paid full price for an oil change. Ive bought my last 3 sets of tires for my Grand Cheroke from them and I always save a couple hundred dollars over other retailers selling the same tire. Highly recommended

Denville Firestone has consistently poor service. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they never have it ready at the agreed upon time. I always have to wait an extra 45 minutes to an hour. Im a busy mom, so usually I cannot wait, and I end up leaving with only half a job done. Time to find myself a new place.

I got struts and sway bars done, I was in by 730am and out by 10am as promised. They did an alignment as well which is needed of course. I got a $100 discount and another $30 Discount as well. Marc Raimo was very helpful and personalable and took good care of me and my vehicle. I think hes a very good store manager. 10/18/2017

I cant say enough good things about this store. I dont write reviews, good or bad, but these guys are the best. They fix our entire fleet of vehicles as well as our employees personal cars. Tonight Mark, the service Manager, and Amil stayed late to fix a flat tire for my sister. They will ALWAYS be my go to guys for repairs.

Had a bolt puncture a tire (not a Firestone) and they stayed open late to patch it up. They also dont plug tires like some places, they patch them from the inside. Very nice mechanic and sales rep.

I brought my car for oil change and was told it would be done in 3 hours. When I came back to pick up the car, I was told to wait another hour. I couldnt wait and took my car back unserviced.

A bunch of lies!!!!!! Promise to do one thing, then changed their mind when they had their money in hand. Never go here. Wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!
