Well what can I say? I went to Tires Plus on Friday because of the convenience near my office to have a nail removed and my tire patched or plugged. As soon as I got there there front desk guy said that it may be a problem because the nail was near the edge of the tire. The nail was practically in the CENTER of the tire in the tread. Of course, working on commission, he suggests that I may need a new tire. I said have the mechanic check it out and that I do not want buy a tire and just to patch it. So I left the car there and walked back to work for 2 hours. Needless to say, I got a call from them saying that they couldnt patch it and I needed a tire. I told them to forget it and Ill take it somewhere else. Which is exactly what I did. Medford Tire on 70 in Medford. Guess what? They patched it! No problem at all. They didnt even try to sell me a new tire. Tires Plus will never see any future business from me. They can work on commissions with someone else.

My dealer told me that I needed 4 new tires, so I came in to get a quote, the manager came out to my car with me and informed me that I didnt need new tires, but however due to the wear on the edges, he recommended an alignment. The staff is very courteous and honest, and I am coming here for work from now on

I never do reviews but this place was truly great. They showed me the issues clearly and gave me, found every possible discount for me, and save me a TON of money. My old placed closed and now, I have a new place I can go to and know I wont be gouged.

I trust this place. Mike and the employees are friendly and honest. We have been taking ours cars there for minor repairs, tires and oil changes for years. Any issues, they own and correct, but that rarely happens.

RIPOFF. They damaged my car during a repair and REFUSED to fix it. I will never be back. Customer service is a joke. They all have sales goals to meet so as normal they will try to tack on extra unneeded services.

I was told my oil level was too low to be changed which is pretty silly. Valvoline ended up changing my oil in the same amount of time I sat inside TP waiting to be told they couldnt help me.
