Took my car for Oil change and Tire rotation. Staff is extremely lazy and does not know how to treat customers. Employees were constantly arguing with each other about their roles and responsibilities. There were 4 cars before mine for oil change and it took the team 90+ minutes before they got to my car. Most employees lacks technical training. They constantly spend time to argue/chat with each other while working on a car. Even though all customers are watching and waiting they shamelessly continue to talk and not focus on the job at hand. They will show attitude if you even ask a question or are observing them while you wait for two hours. Only person who is good enough is the one who initially handled my order. Everyone else should be relieved from their job. Overall experience: Poor service, Poor work quality, Possibility of damaging your car, ZERO customer satisfaction, and ZERO customer respect. Also, I asked them to check if they can inspect air filter of my car and see if it needs replacement. I was told they will not do it and do not have time to do it. AMAZING HOW A COMPANY LIKE WALMART HAVE THIS TYPE OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND THE CORPORATE IS NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO FIX THIS. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

I had recently had a flat and purchased a tire from another because tire place because it was a high performance tire and thought They would do a good job but I had a severe vibration and the claimed it was because I has 2 original tires 1 one year old whawhawhat? Anyhow I felt it was just a balancing issue so I went to a few tire places for balancing but because I have 22 inch rims with wide tires (35) and after calling them and going they told me they could not do it so as I became more frustrated with the lack of being able to do this on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. But just as I felt like I would be driving around with a case of the shakes for at least 3 days. Then as luck or google would have it I searched and Walmart popped up??? Walmart no way and about 10 bucks a tire so I Called gave them the tire and rim size they double checked and said they could do it but it would take a couple of hrs. Due to the customers ahead of me. So I drove the 15 miles and two hrs later it was done and its smooth sailing now. THANK YOU WALMART!!!

This location does not deserve any stars what so ever. My husband came here for an oil change, plug a tire for a slow leak and to get new windshield wipers. When. We got here there were no other cars. The associate said 45 min. We left went and got something to ear. Shopped a little. About 2 hours. Come back and they still not even dont the oil change!!!! Another 10 min goes by. And they are just getting to the tire. We have been waiting for 30 more min and he is still not done!!! We still have to get the windshield wipers. Im typing as we wait! One mechanic is non stop on his phone texting someone. The guy thats working on our tire is moving slow as molasses!!! This is totally ridiculous!

Three stars as opposed to one because yesterday there was a helpful younger African-American gentleman there. But today I called them to see how long the wait is, a lady answered phone and asked someone, then I overheard a male voice at the background commanding her to say "two hours, just say it, just say it!"..

The service could not have been better. The service manager Ken and the mechanic Mike were on the ball. My 5 year Walmart battery was not keeping charge after 2 1/2 years and was covered by warranty. I was in and out in a little over 1 hour. Could not have been happier Jim Guy

Do not bring your car here. I needed 3 tires and was told a half hour. I waited nearly 3 hours while watching some guy in a jump suit walk around my car picking his nose. Unreal. Update: Next morning, I wake up to a completely deflated tire.

1 word AWFUL almost 3 hours to get 3 tires put on. And he broke the stud on my back drum and had the nerve to tell me it was already bent!!!!!!!!!! I said just put my tires back on ill get it fixed myself!!!!!! What a fkin disgrace
