AWFUL SERVICE...DONOT GO THERE. I used to like the Tires Plus store on Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill, NJ...until the level of service and customer care went downhill. They used to give you and your vehicle the best care, but not any more. They will do everything and play every game not to give you service, specially if you have purchaced the lifetime tire balance and rotations with your new tires, or even the 1 year Alignment agreement. They will deny you any service claiming no time today once they notice the contract in your account (using your phone number)...if you want to schedule an appointment, they will give you time far away in the next couple of weeks, or at odd times they know you would be unable to make. Last week on Wednesday 04/18/12 at 3:45 pm I called and spoke to store manager about need to balance the wheels since the car viberates at speed of 60-65 miles on the highway. The manager claimed to have many cars in shop and no time for any more. Since I was already close by, I thought I would stop at the store anyway. To my surprise there was not a single vehicle on any of the lifts in the shop and all mechanics were just doing absolutely nothing. I took pictures of the empty shop using my phone since it will have the date and time stamped on them...when the mechanics noticed what I was doing they called the manager who came out running & tried to take my phone off my hand. I threatened to call the police and to report him to TiresPlus HQs. It is absolutely unacceptable to push customers to buy alignment and lifetime wheel balance & tire rotation contracts and then later just donot honor them and deny you the services using gimmick and tricks of all kinds. Joseph Carlson and Erich Morton are extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, well mannered and noticeably experienced as technical managers. My skepticism about going to a new mechanical auto shop was quickly appeased after speaking to them and talking to them as professionals and after questioning them on the mechanical work I expected. I was pleased to find that there are still decent, honest, hard working retail shopkeepers who care about the customer and the service they provide. They did not try to up-sell me anything I did not need and the work performed was top notch, done quickly but with accuracy and they explained everything in detail on the work performed. I would not hesitate to recommend Cherry Hill Tires Plus to anyone who needs Tires or any other auto service. Well done guys, Thank you. ROB

So far I have never had a bad experience at the Tires Plus in Cherry Hill (Rt 70). I have bought two sets of tires (for different cars), had brake pads replaced, and had the oil changed on a couple of occasions. The team has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have done a lot of shopping around for tires and they have always worked to give me the best deal. (If you buy tires there, they will rotate them for free when needed.) (The only minor thing to note is the waiting area needs to be updated so either drop your car off and come back OR walk across the street to the Dunkin.) Overall I would recommend Tires Plus to anyone looking for good quality tires at a competitive price.

A little bit pissed. Took my car in & they obviously found other issues as do all mechanic shops. They told me I needed a new aitfilter for my engine. $21. As my hubby was paying for it, I called him. He said he can do it as it takes 30 seconds & its $8 at Advanced Auto. So I passed, paid for the oil change & went on my way. After my husband got home today he came in with a piece of plastic & told me Im not going there anymore. The cover to the air filter was just laying on top of it. It wasnt closed. Allowing air to get go directly into my engine. Not only that..mbut the air filter was in backwards. Im done. ...

Phil took time to explain everything and showed me what happened until I understood completely. I felt as though he valued my time and budget. I felt as though he looked out for me as a family member would. I totally trust him! What an incredible representative for Tires Plus! Ill never go anywhere else. Customer for life! I went in for a full brake and rotor replacement based on what was recommended by the Nissan Dealership. Tires Plus was great and cut my bill in half because only the front needed done. I appreciate the honesty from Tires Plus and their ability to save me money by not replacing good back brakes like Nissan wouldve done.
