I just wanted an oil change and an hour later I get the standard sales call. Sir, we noticed that you need this and that and we recommend all these things. I just want an oil change not a sales pitch, and I realize this is how they make their money, but it is very annoying. It turns out that they said I needed tires, but I declined because I couldnt afford to do it due to the holidays. I pick up my car and then my tire sensor comes on the next day. I used my tire gauge and then a digital gauge to check my pressure and the tires were all 6lbs under the recommended PSI. The funny thing is they were all (4) 6 lbs under like it was purposely done that way. I wouldnt recommend their services unless you want to be sold on things you dont need and then have additional issues when you leave.

This is by far the worst repair center I have ever gone to, I had an alignment done on my vehicle which they guarantee for 12 Months and I came in after my mechanic advised that my alignment was off. When I went in they didnt even look at my car and automatically assumed I had done something wrong to my vehicle the fact of it is I didnt drive the vehicle for over 6 months and it sat on my driveway for that long and only 1,000 miles had gone by since they did the alignment he assumed that I got into an accident and messed up my frame... I will never be doing business or allowing my company to use this business for any type of work that needs to be done on our fleet vehicles.

Took my car in for transmission work which turned out to be minor. Sean took care of my car and I was very pleased with the result. He definitely could have ran up the bill to literally 10x what it actually was, but he was honest and did the work for a very reasonable amount and finished it in a very quick amount of time. When I went to pick up my car, Sean explained to me what he had done and went over suggestions he had for my car in the future. He is a very nice guy and you can definitely tell hes been doing this for quite some time.

I went there for my brake pads. When I checked in time was 11:39. Guy said he can get me in around 30 minutes. I said OK and come back 12:15. They hold me 2 hours 10 minutes for nothing. Then he said he can start and finish work between 90 minutes. The worst part when I read invoice paper. He put in there I drop off vehicle 1:15. In business words much important than everything. I was working that day as much as they were. I have no mercy to bs! If you dont you know what to do!

Great experience here!! I brought my car in for new tires on a late Sunday morning and picked it up that afternoon. Tires were priced great and they even went ahead and fixed my headlight bulbs that I put in myself and wasnt done completely right. Very pleasant and courteous crew, I will definitely be bringing my car here for services.

The management seems to be very nice. But the techs are incompetent. They messed your car up, and wont owe up to it. So, I wouldnt advise that your take your new car there. At least not a newer model vehicle. Anything less then 2000, they can handle.

Recently I stop by for tires and a klunk coming from my front end. The store manager Sean was Quick to diagnose and give me a quote. The prices were extremely competitive and I recommend stopping by this location.

Incompetent people at this one! Took my truck in for rotors, taking it back due to the fact that someone at this Firestone screwed up my whole ABS system. DO NOT GO HERE!
