Complete Scam - Employees act very nice and knowledgeable and then make up or add on charges behind customers backs. I had been using the feasterville location for several years until I was quoted at $800 for an engine issue. After I was quoted I took my car to two other experienced mechanics (30+ years) and they both confirmed that the shop was lying and trying to increase my bill by about $450. When I confronted the manager I was not even issued a refund for the $100 diagnostics check or given an apology; the only thing he could say was "Thats not how I run my business." Trust me, this shop will deceive you and steal your money, if you do decide to use them, I would recommend getting a second quote.

While this Firestone did not break parts in my car to get me to approve repairs, like some repair shops do, they did try to talk you into questionable repairs. However, Andrei alleges in his below review that this Firestone does damage cars to get their owners to pay for work, so I do not know what to think. I have been here three times with loss-leader coupons for oil changes and other maintenance, but they have invariably tried to coerce me into unnecessary repairs. Stick with the program and do not give in. Just take advantage of the coupons and have nothing else done. At the very least, get opinions from honest shops if you are naive enough to succumb to Firestones sales pitch.

Mike is obviously moving the store in a good direction. Attentive and knowledgeable, I felt completely at ease and welcomed in the store. While I am a former employee, I have not seen him since he started working at that location. He immediately recognized me and spent time with me while I asked questions about current Bridgestone tires. Watching him interact with other customers only showed me that he treats all of his customers as if they were friends. It is really nice to see guys like Mike succeed in the business.

Took my car for s simple oil change because it was the weekend and my regular mechanic wasnt available. Wound up they tried to charge me over 400.00 for other issues they said needed attention.!! I told them no. Took it to my regular mechanic. Not only did I not need 90% of the work they suggested, but they also didnt install oil filterer correctly. It was loose and oil was coming out all over. Scam artists. And sloppy work.

made an appointment, dropped the car off and said I would wait for it. Came back 1 hour 15 minutes later, they havent even started. So I left. If it was a unannounced drop by, I understand. But I specifically made the appointment, to know that I would be serviced at that time and make it back to work in a reasonable time.

Avoid at all cost, I was charged for an alignment which lead to a titled steering wheel, they then claimed this issue is common and they cant fix it. The employees will act nice , but you WILL be overcharged for a bad service. Find a private mechanic or even choose a different Firestone perhaps.

Its the absolute worst place Ive ever had to deal with.... In any industry. Ive had terrible experiences 3 times now, but continued to use them because they are close and I assumed they could complete basic tasks. I was wrong.

my wife brought the car to fix a flat, they quoted her 170 for replacement a tire. Told it was not fixable :) come on..i fixed the flat myself for 6$. took me 5 minutes
