I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius through John Kennedy Ford. My sales rep was Pete Gonzalez. Pete was not just a Sales Representative, he was a true advisor. He wasnt only worried about HIS bottom line, or his commission (which in my mind he More than earned), but truly cared that I be in the right vehicle. Any questions I had, (and there were PLENTY), he addressed. He did it in a no nonsense, non-"sales-y" way. Treating me much like family, rather than a number or another dollar sign. He was frank, earnest, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and clearly eager to help in any way he possibly could, and thats how he "sold" me. I had researched quite a few cars and had whittled it down to two cars. Petes 2008 and another here in the DMV that had a mere 1K miles more, and being offered for considerably less. But I trusted Pete. He didnt push like the other guy, offer unnecessary warranties, scare me with some crazy closing technique, or put any demands on me. I received ultimatums from the "other guy". I went with my gut and signed with Pete. I spent more, but got more, too. And he even took care of delivery on My schedule on a Sunday (Thanks, Pete!), as well as title docs, standard for PA. Its been 6 months and Tina runs like a champ. My mechanic says shes in great shape and I couldnt be more thrilled. Now if only I hadnt seen that theyre bringing back the A3 in a hybrid. Ai yai yai!!!

A few months ago I purchased a 2015 ford focus and when I got it I noticed some scratches on the trim. It wasnt until a few weeks ago that I noticed the scratches had gotten worse. I went to John Kennedy Ford in Feasterville Pa where I purchased the car and asked if it they could fix it and how much it would cost. The woman I spoke with said that they could fix it and that they would submit it as a warranty issue so I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. I told her that was fine and she said shes order the parts and call me when they came in. When I parts came in I was informed that it would cost me to have the trim replaced. I was outraged because I was told it wouldnt cost me anything and when I asked why I was being charged I was told that there were no pictures taken of the damage and that because of that it was never submitted as a warranty issue. Needless to say I never had it fix. The people who work in the service department are rude and talk down to you. They were talking to me as if I were a child and had no idea what I was talking about. The only good thing about this dealership is that the sales people are nice and dont pressure you into buying a car.

I just finished leasing my third vehicle from John Kennedy Ford and I will continue to be a customer for life. I have worked with sales manager Joe Maguire on all three leases and he is spectacular. This time around, in leasing a Ford Fusion Energi Titanium, I also worked with Nick Williams, who did an amazing job. Sometimes car salesmen can be pushy or overly aggressive, and Nick was neither - he was pleasant and laid back and I really appreciated that. He was also incredibly patient with me, as I had a very specific vehicle in mind and Nick worked very hard to find the EXACT type of car I was hoping for and have it brought in from another dealer. Once Kennedy Ford got the car I wanted, Nick and sales manager Robert Wagner were able to crunch the numbers in a way that made the lease as affordable as possible for me. The experience could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Ford (especially the Fusion Energi - the available rebates on this car are unbelievable, as is the gas mileage). Thanks again to everyone at John Kennedy Ford!

My buying process was a good experience; Joe Shockey was a very nice salesman to work with - but my certified preowned ford needed service in less than 30 days from my purchase; my engine light was on, and I needed to get a part replaced. Certified preowned vehicled apparently go through extensive checks and inspection before sale right? They offered no help with my deductable and had very poor customer service from the managers of the repair shop and manager of the used car department; they were impersonable and I was told by them I "just have bad luck". IF you buy used from this shop, make sure you get the extra warranties - I would have had to shell out a couple hundred more just a few weeks after my purchase if it wasnt for my warranties - I only had to pay $100, but less than 30 days?! They could have done more. Because of this experience, my family members who were car shopping recently decided not to buy from them, and I will be trying different Ford dealerships for my services in the future.

My husband and I came to John Kennedy Ford for a lease renewal after a terrible experience at another dealership from which we had initially leased--twice. I cant even begin to explain the difference, it was like night and day. Whether the place we had gone to previously was just exceptionally bad or John Kennedy is just exceptionally good made no real difference in our decisions. The difference, we found, was in how we were treated. They treated us like human beings, not walking check-books. We were met with straight forward honesty and salesmen that were intent on providing us with the best deal possible--and we all know that isnt always the case when it comes to buying vehicles. Everything was explained to us in detail prior to any formal agreement and we didnt feel "bullied" into making a decision. We will definitely be returning to them again for any future dealings and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, straight-forward experience.

As usual John Kennedy Ford surpasses any other dealership. It is always easy to sch and appt. Ed Fritchie is the best ,he makes sure everything goes smoothly, keeps u posted on whats going on and when ur car is finished he goes over everything with you. I am disabled and he even makes sure the mechanics dont Park my car far. Jim Mullen is a great service manager and makes sure everything runs efficiency. Kennedy so service department is absolutely great. My husband and I have purchased many cars from Joe McGuire at Kennedy Ford and the reason is Joe always treated us with respect and never tried to take us over, and after we purchased a credit from Kennedy they still caRed about us,actually we were treated like family. Thats why I love Kennedy Ford abd wont buy a car or use anyone elsesee service. Kennedy is loyal to its customers and that makes u want to keep coming back. Kathleen Hottenstein

I requested a quote on a new hatchback coupe. Get a call from a guy Jay S. Says he's with the John Kennedy ford. Says he's making an appointment for me at 12:30-1 and he will confirm by sending out an email. No email. I go to the dealership, no one has heard of him or me. So I ask a guy to show me the Focus anyway. He tells me to go look at it outside, and he'll send someone out to help. 30 minutes pass no one comes. I go back in and sit for another 15 mins, nobody even asks why I'm here. This place sucks. This is not the first car I'm buying. I really know what the experience should be like. Stay away. They suck big time. Finally a guy came over and it went smother
