Ive gone here for a few years now and Ive always been satisfied. Theyve always been very respectful in person and over the phone, using "sir" all the time. Ive never felt pressured to get any service done. I used to go to a local independent shop but stopped going after they would add on little extra things onto my bill without asking first. Theyve never done that at Firestone. What sealed the deal for me was when I brought my old car there because I thought the brakes were bad. They looked at it and told me they were fine. They very well could have lied and put new brakes on. Manager Dan does a good job over there.

Do NOT take your car here for any repairs! I brought my car in w/ a dead battery and was told that unfortunatly I needed a new alternator as well and it would be about an hour. 2 and a half hours later when I inquired about my car I was informed that opps- they ordered the wrong part and I should come back on Monday (it was Friday).I told them forget it and I went somewhere else (actually another Firestone- the one in Marlton). At that shop I was told that I didnt even need a new alternator- it was just a loose connection! Stay far FAR from this place b/c these guys are lazy shisters!

I live near the maple shade Firestone and after I read their Google reviews I decided to come to the mount Ephraim one and I am glad I did. The workers are amazing and genuine! I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Dan who was a sweet man. He gave me an honest opinion on my predicament and worked with my schedule in getting my car taken care of. I would gladly recommend this store to others and with definitely go to this one in the future!

I warn you to not go there. They try to make money off of anything there. I came in for an inspection and wind up having my tires cut and replaced at another mechanic. They told me I needed things fixed on my car that I didnt need to be fixed in the first place. I will never go there again!

Wont touch tires unless you buy them there. Cant buy em on tire rack, and cant get a used tire to replace your one damaged tire with one with similar wear. Really boggles my mind why a place would require you to use their products except as a greedy money grab.

I wish I could give this place no stars. How are you gonna put green antifreeze in a car that requires dex-cool (orange antifreeze)? I agree with the first reviewer. Stay Away from this Firestone!!!
