I previously gave a 5 star review. This is the closest Planet Fitness to our home and had the best equipment. I loved this Planet Fitness. I raved about it. Now, I had a change of heart because renovations have been going on for five months. For months, my husband and I had to use a disgusting bathroom outside and deal with drilling and cords all over the place while trying to exercise in peace. We were deterred from coming for two months because of this, so that is 40 dollars down the drain. I even heard the gym was closed for two weeks, but we received no type of reimbursement. We received a flyer in the mail saying Renovations Complete! Cherry Hill Grand Reopening Sale, so we came back. This ad was false advertising because they are STILL doing renovations, painting all over with cords all over and workers all over the place. The massage chair isnt even available for use. I used to love this gym, but this is absolutely ridiculous! I think Ill just stick with the gym at my apartment complex, even though the equipment is much older.

ZERO STARS- Unethical staff! They are making me give them one to even post this!! I just spoke with the Manager Mike because I signed up in January and was not told that I was signing a year contact. In January they did not give me a copy of what I signed on the tiny little screen and I was told by John the salesmen word of mouth that I could cancel at any time. Then I mentioned bringing a guest- I only took the $19.99 deal to bring a guest and I have never brought anyone- so I never would have accepted a year contract form a company that boosts that you can cancel at anytime. They stated that the contract was emailed to me. The ethical way to know that I have it is to give it to me in my hand. They are running a scam!! They have people sign a small screen and tell them lies just to make a sell. I would never go to a place like this and when I called about it I was told people call and say things all the time as if I am lying. HORRIBLE UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT.

Absolutely awful experience. I called and cancel my membership.and they continued to charge my account. After calling they basically said thats your problem and there was no way to give me MY money back. I would never trust a business that makes there money by deceiving their customers. They also claimed I had been their since, which was a lie. I would truly recommend staying away from this place. Pay a little bit extra and got to a nicer gym with employees that have integrity. The best part was when i received a call back from the employee that canceled my membership to tell me he was reactivating my membership because he didnt like that I called his manager...it was like dealing with children. Please please please stay away!!

Been working out 4-5 times a week for 53 years at several national gyms, many of which have come and gone. Joined Planet Fitness 3 years ago and am exceedingly pleased. The hours, price and availability cant be beat. The staff is very friendly, helpful and hardworking. Cleanest gym I have ever been in. Even during peak hours, most of the equipment is accessible although this location could use a third "PecDeck". Some of the lockers are broken but I have been told they will be replaced over the summer. Overall, excellent facility.

The only reason why Im giving this gym 3 stars is because they recently updated all of their equipment & added some new ones. My only gripe with this location is that it gets HOT in there. They dont have the huge industrial ceiling fans that the new PF locations do. Even in the winter time it gets toasty in there. Just imagine how hot it gets in there in the summertime. I switched my home location to Brooklawn. The gym is brighter, new equipment, and 2 industrial sized ceiling fans.

Still Super Clean with a friendly courteous staff. Overall a Great Place to Workout ! This location is a 5 Star Planet Fitness and it has been recently renovated and it shows, not only is the facility nice with new equipment and a great Black Card member lounge area with new tanning booths, hydro beds etc. It is Kept Extremely CLEAN. The staff including the manager are friendly and courteous and all of the team members when not helping with clients are cleaning. Great Job !

This is a great facility. Front desk people are very friendly . My brother is visiting me and attending this GYM for short time. Last Thursday my brother was syncope front desk people called in ambulance in within a minute. Those people ( front desk and emergency technician ) gave my brother great help. My family are very appreciated for Planet fitness. Staff in this facility are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They keep the facility very clean and air is fresh.

What kind of Planet Fitness isnt 24/7? Some of us work until 11pm on the weekends and would like to go to the gym afterward.. I also dont like the way this location is set up. If you want to do any cardio, you have to go up on a platform. It certainly doesnt feel judgement free when youre up high in the middle of the gym. I really wish there was a different PF closer to me, if there were I would transfer in a minute.

I used to go to this gym a couple years ago but then stopped going because I didnt have time to manage everything, but I signed up recently. Never had a problem with this gym so I dont know why the negative comments. I walked in today(3/14/2017), and I saw the remodel they did! WOW!! Looks great!!! I highly recommend this gym!! The only down fall is that I wish that they didnt charge the $39 annual fee...

Called last year because they stopped charging me since I hadnt gone in a few months. They told me the account is closed. They used that word. "Closed." A year later, they charge me randomly, then tell me theyve been calling me every month and emailing, and even texting, when I have NEVER received any of those. Getting rid of them is a pain in the ass and their staff is terrible. Never again.

Cant beat it for an inexpensive gym. They recently renovated this location. The equipment is good & the staff are friendly. It can get crowded on certain days & times. Its not a body building gym with free weights. They have dumbbells up to 75lbs and Smith machines, cardio equipment & lifetime workout equipment.

Very little equipment staff are completely dumb a day pass is $20 but a month is $10 called in talked to the manager Mike said I can go try the gym for the day but wouldnt let me my sister lol really crappy place LA Fitness is 3 miles away they offer a 10 day pass and r much nicer and cleaner and more equipment

This is the best planet fitness Ive ever been to. They have a "black card member spa" ... in this "spa" there are hydro-beds/lounge chairs which are really great for post-workout relaxation. The facility is clean and has more equipment than the typical planet fitness
