Among several problems I had with this business, the worst was when the owner (Bob Jamrog) accused me of watching their painter paint the wrong color, apparently with the intent of wasting their time. He never apologized for their staff painting the wrong color, but instead yelled at me because I supposedly allowed this to happen. This was after his team destroyed my screens, agreed to pay to have them replaced, and then went back on his word and forced me to pay for half. Dont waste your time with this business. Use a painter that stands by their word and knows how to treat customers properly. There are business people who are fair, and then there are business people who couldnt care less about anyone but their own money, like Bob Jamrog. Do yourself a favor and avoid the abuse. Horrendous experience. He also treats his employees like trash.

Bob and his crew came highly recommended by a mutual aid partner of ours. Juan Carlos and the crew painted our fire station inside and out. Quality work by a quality company. Bob was very helpful in choosing the proper two-tone color coordination. Bob continually followed up and any miscommunication issues were quickly resolved. I would recommend them to anyone looking to deal with a family run company. Bob and Kim were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for all of your efforts and bringing our 1979 era fire station into the 21st century.

Quality paint, but staff wanted to cut corners. I had to keep pointing out the mistakes and sloppy work. Plus the lead guy left the end caps on my baseboards, but insisted that he took them off and then when he took them off said thats not part of their job. It wasnt until the person who gave me the quote came back out that they started addressing some of the problems. They are very expensive, which wouldnt of been a problem if they had done a job worth the money. I would not recommend them.

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters. Bob is an incredibly generous man, donating his crew, labor, and expertise. His crew painted a very worn out deck at my not-for-profit agency where children and families gather. When I asked if he could help me out, Bob did not hesitate and offered to do the job at no cost to us. The deck looks beautiful! Thank you to Bob and his wife Kim for their kindness and generosity.
