I loved Nolan from the start because I retained their services through a charity event for Benchmark School in Newtown Square. They had donated a voucher for full day of painting, which I won at the event. Already loving the company for their generosity, I was then even more "wowed" when Todd, the estimator and first "face" representing Nolan came to my home to preview the job. Todd was incredibly friendly, personable in a genuine way, and professional, knowledgeable (he had been a pro painter for many years himself), and patient! He had all the time in the world to listen to me and offer different ways I could do my "painter for a day" project. Todds interpersonal and professional skills were beyond impressive. The painters were meticulous not only in their workmanship but in their thorough set up to protect everything from the entrance to my home and throughout to ensure zero mess!! John and Chris, the painters who came, were so sweet, polite and thorough. To top off their excellent service, they even made a follow up call the next day to make sure I was pleased with everything, see if i needed any touch ups, etc!!!!! I had no idea such a painting company existed!! Above and beyond any business of any type Ive ever dealt with!!!!

Nolan Painting just installed beautiful shutters on our new home. From our very first interaction with our awesome estimator, Rob, the process couldnt have gone more smoothly with Declan and Chris doing the install. We did have a rain delay from the original install date, but communications were great and a new date set asap. All interactions with employees have been professional and courteous, and Declan even accommodated a change we needed to do day of install which saved us money. We just moved into a new home and are very unhappy with the quality of the painted finishes, so will definitely be calling Nolan Painting when we are ready to get it re-done correctly. We also had our outside Christmas lights done by their "Shine" division last year. What a great service, since I dont want my husband climbing ladders to the roof and he didnt want to do it anyway :-). Nolan Painting does more than painting and so far everything Ive seen has been top notch!

From the first phone call to the final invoice, working with Nolans Painting was easy and a pleasure! How often is that the case when you are hiring a contractor? Each person I dealt with was personable, professional, helpful, detail-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction. This is the first time ever that I did not get a second estimate! It just didnt seem worth the time. Results are excellent. We were "walked through" the various exterior areas painted on the final day, and the very few little touch-ups needed were handled immediately. Everything had already been explained and accounted for, but Chris was still interested in whether we had any more questions or concerns. These pros have been well-trained and clearly believe in their process and their results. Now I believe as well.....and looking at my freshly painted exterior woodwork and shutters is the final reward!

Its fair to say that Nolan costs more than other painters but Ive found the quality of their work - from start to finish - to be excellent - more than a cut above. They are really more than painters - they understand home maintenance - and that painting is a part of that process. If you want to paint simply for decorative purposes, theyre great for that but if want advice on how to achieve the most for your money in terms of maintaining your home, they give great advice - these people are professionals. And their painters are master craftsmen ( who dont smoke on your property!) and each job is done under the supervision of a foreman who cares about whether youre happy with the work. Last but not least, it deserves to be said if youre looking for a company with a conscience, its Nolan. They clearly treat their employees as well as they treat their customers.

Our job involved the replacement of a mildewed wall and replacement of siding on the house. The guys arrived very promptly on the assigned day and soon discovered that not only was the wall infused with black mold, but the studs were also affected with it as well. They had to do a much more extensive job than originally thought. However, they completed the replacement of the studs and walls within a day and a half, and then the painter came to finish off the inside wall, which took another day and a half. The entire thing was done within one week start to finish, which we had been afraid would not happen. Each day when the Nolan workers left, they left us a completely clean and tidy space. The place looks great and one would never know there had been a problem. Kudos to this company for their professionalism and excellent work ethic!

Weve worked with Nolan Painting for over 10 years and our home never looked so fabulous! Nolans professionalism, attention to detail, and quality control are unmatched. At this point, they have painted every room inside and the entire outside of our home several times over... we cant imagine using anyone else! And whats even more interesting, is that no matter what contractor comes to the door, the hvac, landscaper, windows, roofing, etc. they all recommend Nolan back to us for painting and woodwork. Youre only as good as your referrals, right? So, if other contractors and professionals strongly refer us to Nolan... they must also respect other contractors as well. You have to hire Nolan if youre looking for a great, reliable painter who is going to treat your home like its their own. Nolan Painting is one of the last remaining contractors who cares about customer service. We hired them to paint the exterior of our home a few years ago. They were amazing and we get tons of compliments on their work. I was on maternity leave at the time they painted the exterior of our home with a very small infant and a small toddler. They were very caring about our need for quiet and even organized the times when they were powerwashing the house around our childrens nap schedule. It was this level of service that made them amazing to work with. We hired them again to paint a few ceilings and they did a stellar job. We would DEFINITELY hire them again and again.

Recently had all bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor of my new home painted by Nolan. The prep for this task was not easy as there was crown molding and border removal, and lots of detailed areas to work around in the master bath. From my first encounter with estimator Jon, I knew I was going to receive exceptional service. Tiago and his crew Andy, Chris, Dylan, Tom, & Rafael were neat, clean, and efficient. They even finished a day earlier than anticipated. I used Nolan based on FB and Yelp reviews and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting services. This is a craft that these gentlemen have mastered and we are enjoying having our new house feel like home. I look forward to using their services again in the future and referring them to others.
