We used CertaPro Painters to do 3 rooms in our house over the Holidays. We had a good feeling about CertaPro from the moment Chris, the owner, showed up. He was on time, took off his shoes which I loved and was just a really nice guy. Even though it wasnt a very big job he took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot). Also he showed us ways we could make it more affordable considering all the money we were spending on traveling and presents. At no time did we feel he was pressuring us to sign right away like one of the other painting contractors we spoke to had. On top of everything else when he told us we received a free color consultation my husband and I decided to go with CertaPro. This was a huge selling point for me because last time we painted we wasted nearly a thousand dollars repainting rooms that we picked colors out for but after they were done it just didnt look right. Not to mention the time spent at the store going through the colors was not an experience I, or my husband, was looking forward to again. The guys arrived on time each day and were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. And after the second day when they finished the rooms looked great. So even though they werent the cheapest out of the painting contractors we spoke to I have no doubt we got the best value and I would definitely use them for any future painting projects.

I recently used CertaPro Painters of the Main Line to paint some of the ceilings in my home and I couldnt be happier with their services. I had patched up some settling cracks in the downstairs rooms and my upstairs bathroom ceiling was starting to peel, but I didnt want to deal with the aggravation of prepping and painting. Chris came out to do the estimate and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism. He was very friendly and took the time to go over every detail involved with the job, including where his works could use the restroom and clean their brushes . He even suggested a No VOC paint when I mentioned I had an infant son and pregnant wife. After that meeting I immediately received an email from Chris with an attached proposal including all the details we discussed. Once the job was scheduled I received another email with the time of arrival, name of the foreman, and his cell number & photo. The entire team at CertaPro Painters Main Line were very courteous and efficient throughout the entire process. If youre looking for painters that are not just reasonably priced but pride themselves on customer service too, you dont need to look any further.

Chris and his team are the consummate professionals. From the professional phone communication to the care they took to protect my home, I was impressed with their professionalism. They actually called me to let me know they were running "on-time"! Who does that these days? They do. Then came the quality of their materials and team members. The walls have crisp lines where they meet the ceiling (a pet peeve of mine) and the trimwork is also exceptional. They advised us on the right paint for different traffic areas. Yes, I suppose a washable paint for childrens rooms does make more sense, thanks for thinking so I dont have to. If you are looking to have a dozen people come bid a job, you might eventually find someone cheaper. On the other hand, if you value your home, contents and time, these guys are the ONLY guys I would use. Done on time, on budget the first time. I practically look forward to the next time my wife changes her mind on the color schemes for our home. I cant believe I just said that!

I originally hired CertaPro last year to repaint my entire house - over the course of two weeks, Mauricio and team did a fantastic job. The quality of their work was outstanding, and just as importantly, you can tell this company prides itself on its responsiveness and service. They went the extra mile to come back and touch up after our floors were refinished, they were very considerate of cleaning up after themselves, and they stayed in contact via email, phone, and text throughout the job as needed. Had them back a few weeks ago to paint a renovated bathroom - they did a great job making 100 year old cracked plaster ceilings and walls look clean and smooth. Highly recommended.
