Supercuts now allows you to make appointments online. Really not a fan of this. The benefit to Supercuts was came in got your place in line and got your hair cut. Now when you think youre next. The people that booked online bump you back in place. My son started from being next to being bumped back to fourth. If it wasnt the fact he needed a haircut for a job interview, and it wasnt Sunday would of not waited for the haircut. The benefit of Supercuts is now go. There is a reason to stick with the old school barbershops. This is the last time any Supercuts will receive my business with this new policy in place.

Dont ever get your haircut here. One woman who cut my hair a few months ago did a horrendous job. The way she cut my hair made my hair look so crooked and uneven it was embarrassing to leave my hair down. I had to wait many months to grow my hair out so i could get my hair cut again at a much better hair salon. This hair salon doesnt even deserve 1 star.

I didnt like the fact I didnt get acknowledged when I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes before anybody greeted me. I dont mind if theyre busy but just being ignored is not very professional. Haircuts were decent.
